MTN Taking 100GB Monthly – No Resolution Since January SHESH@200 PRODUCT Since January 2026, I have been trying to resolve an issue where 100GB of my data disappears every month from my MTN account. Despite repeated attempts through MTN’s support channels, the problem remains unresolved. The MTN call centre constantly refers customers between departments, with no one taking ownership of the complaint. When contacting the email support team, each response comes from a different consultant, requiring the entire problem to be explained again. There appears to be no continuity or tracking of the case, making the process extremely frustrating. Interestingly, the only reliable way to get MTN to call you back is by pressing the “upgrade” option, which immediately connects you to a sales consultant. However, they are only able to assist with upgrades and sales, not with resolving customer complaints. The company, staff ect all professional with good service. As for the product OT6 10inch tablet with keyboard, overall solid, fast. The stylus quality just like using finger. The wifi struggles when using Bluetooth. The mic quality is below average. Still worthit for the proce and for my requirements.
Worst online experience yet!!! If they have specials, rather buy in store. Delivery of product was 2 weeks late, retailer wanted me to follow up with even more hopeless courier company RTT (not so intelligent) Intelligent Couriers. 3 Complaints logged, 1 return call which yielded nothing. <p><br />We hired a jumping castle from Fun for Hire Plumstead and had it delivered to a neutral venue. When the castle arrived, later than stated, they did not bring an extension lead and I loan one of mine (highly unprofessional). The next day when collecting the jumping castle they conveniently took my lead as well. Now because this was a neutral venue I didnt miss it till much later nor did they bring it to my attention. When we called, the lady owner, said she would check with the workers and that we should call back the next day. When we did, she said she is very busy running around and we should came whenever. When we arrived not only were they usng my extension lead but she had the audacity to ask why we didnt call beforehand as she is very busy, too busy for a client? In todays competitive enviroment pathetic service should not be tolerated and businesses guilty of this have to be exposed to protect future customers.</p>
