The worst experience ever! It was my first and last time using Little Falls action Ford and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I booked my car in because the hooter isn’t working, I was assisted by Milez/Miles he didn’t communicate with me until14:40pm saying the vehicle needs to be kept over night so it can be diagnosed properly if there is a need for parts or repairs and I agreed less than an hour later he calls again saying the car is now diagnosed and the hooter is R1.7K I then say I need to call Dotsurr whom I have a warranty cover with to confirm if this will be paid because I am not in a position to pay this out of pocket, the call then takes a 360 he tells me I must pay a diagnostic fee because his technicians spent ‘hours’ on the car and I ask him when was the car diagnosed and it was discovered that the hooter must be replaced when we spoke not long ago and he said the car must be kept overnight? He speaks over me on the call and tells me how dumbstruck he is and I ask if the calls are recorded because at no point did he tell me of diagnosis fees nor did he communicate that they are now working on the car I was never made aware that the car is now being checked because i was under the impression its being kept overnight. I want to listen to the call recordings. He then said I will remove the car from our premises we close at 5pm, I have had a Ford car since 2017 and I have never encountered such a rude person. It was my first time using Little Falls action Ford and it’s the last time. I hope they didn’t intentionally mess up my car because I refused to pay!

The worst Med Aid in SA! In February I had a procedure that needed a co payment I called them on the 12th to confirm if this would be paid they said yes, the hospital also called them on the day of the procedure and they confirmed this would be paid I did the procedure and now in June I am told by the hospital that I owe them as fedhealth did not pay I submitted a dispute for a co-payment and asked for call records over 2 weeks ago and to date no one has bothered to call, they have advisors who give false information and useless team managers who do not understand their own product why can they not provide call records? why tell us calls are recorded but when we ask for the recording you go MIA? I have not even been with them 2 years and I regret daily why I took this med aid, if you are looking to be ****med u will take med aid with Fedhealth, they should change their name to ****Health it is more fitting, DO NOT JOIN FEDHEALTH YOU WILL BE INCORRECTLY COVERED AND STUCK WITH ENDLESS MEDICAL BILLS AND SHOULD YOU CALL THEM YOUR QUERY WILL NEVER BE RESOLVED.

The worst medical aid in SA they do anything to reject claims! I used ER24 in May 2022 aa I know it’s affiliated with Bonitas only to be receiving a 3k ambulance invoice in August saying my medical aid mow uses Euro assist I never even received communication of the change I checked all my emails from Bonitas. They rejected my lab tests also twice, their WhatsApp is the worst of the worst the consultants never help they say your membership number is invalid even if u send a pic of the medical aid card or ID they will never assist, their call center is always “busy” and they DO NOT COVER ANYTHING every thing you go to a specialist or hospital will never be covered and they will never communicate you just receive debt collection calls and emails saying your med aid rejected! I don’t encourage anyone in SA to have medical aid with Bonitas they are frauds ! They so not pay!
I applied for a loan it was approved then i was asked to send docs which I did and nothing has been said and I cannot get through the call center I’ve been on hold for over 21 minutes. I spoke to Dora yesterday about a loan she said she’ll assist with my application i was on the line with her for 55 min using my airtime and she said her system is giving her issues she’ll call me back. She hasn’t even called me since yesterday 11 am
I rented movies and all 4 were unsuccessful yet they charged me for them and debited my account for Box Office movies I did not watch
I took a contract online through Mondoo and I was only told after it was delivered thats its home data I told MTN and moondo I need the contract cancelled Asap that was in June 2021 till today the line is active and I’m told I owe them about R600 I got an email from monndo saying the cancellation was done but MTN says it’s active I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and the call center agents are so rude
