Worst service
Guys if your insurer approves and recommends Dube Autobody, refuse. Cry, fight, swear. Do anything but don’t use Dube Autobody in East London. It took 2 months to fix a bumper!

Predicament of 3rd Party Claimant - 1288377
<p>The other day l was bumped by a Discovery Insure client. My car was assessed (at instruction of the insurer) on Monday 26th September at 09h33am. Today, 17th October 11h39, l'm yet to hear if they will fix my vehicle on behalf of their client. </p> <p>Do Discovery Insure clients also wait this long after assessment? Or l'm treated differently because l'm not.... As a practising attorney, l'm ready to issue summons against your client. Do you want that??? Claim number ********** </p> <p>This is bad!</p>

Discovery Card Keeping my money.
<p>So I settled my Discovery Credit Card, l asked to close the card. A week later, l was given a form to complete and fax back. Tomorrow, 17th October will be two weeks since l complied with all their requirements, l'm still waiting.... So it takes a month to close a credit card at Doscovery, but 10 minutes to open it</p> <p>Did l mention that a have a credit balance still with them...</p>
