I purchased a jacket online which did not fit and arranged a return within 2 days of receiving it. The item was collected from me, and according to the courier driver, it was delivered back the very next day. It has now been 3 weeks, and I have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted both the store and head office multiple times, and unfortunately, I am receiving conflicting information from different staff members. I have been told that you have the item, that the refund is being processed, and alternatively that you are still waiting for the courier to deliver it. This is extremely concerning and disappointing, especially from a brand of your reputation. What is most frustrating is the lack of clear communication and accountability. I am repeatedly placed on hold while staff "check notes," yet no one can provide a definitive answer or resolution. Please can you urgently investigate this matter and provide me with: • Confirmation that my returned item has been received • The exact date my refund will be processed • Proof of refund once completed If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through the relevant consumer protection channels.
First for women has completely lost our trust! We hit a pothole in September which has caused damage to our car, they collected our car end of October it's a week later, only 1 email with feedback, over 10 calls to our assigned claims advisor who is always busy and on a call with no call back. The car was towed from us to Bellville and said it will return Sunday after being assessed, 6 days later towed again to suspension city still they don't let us know. We had to call and speak to random people. No offer for courtesy car even though we are paying, when we asked they said it's R2000 for a courtesy car meaning I had to Uber my son who is 8 years old to school and then go work and back home costing us R400 a day. Mind you we are paying a R2500 installment a month and still you get the worst service.
Rutendo Adelaide helped me to upload my claim and get it done within minutes! Thank you

Just over a month ago my husband and I purchased a Nike le bron at jack lemkus as we simply love the fact that they always have different styles of shoes compared to the normal stores selling branded shoes. 3weeks later noticed some stitching coming loose at the top close to the lace but didn't fuss about it. My husband then calls me, about to put on his shoes for the 3rd time and says the gold plating on the shoes has lifted. So I get home and I suggest without thinking too much, we will have to glue it. He says no! Why should I glue a shoe I have a little over a month which i paid R2100 for and immediately I realise that's true. So I call them and they say point blank they will send it for repairs...however I can bring in it so they can have a look. I returned the shoe the manager then phones to say that they will have to send it away and cannot refund me and i can buy another pair of shoes at cost price...really? So i have to spend well over a 1000 again as courtesy? The manager then phones to say they have fixed it and I can collect...I have never experienced such pathetic service in my life from a store I purchased and recommended many to. I can mention many stores that have replaced any item if it broke within such a short time span. The shoe is still at the store...and everyone in the store made me feel as if I'm crazy to request a brand new shoe or my money back...
