Immature and unprofessional conduct of business
I correspond with an agent from Rawson Properties in Roodepoort recently. We arranged a viewing for a unit we were interested in renting. This particular agent was very aware of the fact that I had to travel from a different town just to go an view the unit. On the day the viewing was arranged, I waited quite some time, and after about 10min after arranged viewing time, sent thr agent a message informing her that we are at the address,and asking if she is on her way, thinking she might be running late, trying to give people the benefit of the doubt. A couple of minutes later she informed me that the unit is no longer available, I should let her know if she can help me in other way. I was utterly shocked and upset to say the least, as I just wasted half a day to travel there as well as costing me fuel money, which we strictly have to budget every month. I sent her a message back asking her when she didn't let me know earlier, know full well I travelled from far, only to realise that she almost immediately blocked me on WhatsApp after her message was sent, as my message did not go through, and still haven't. I was absolutely disgusted by the lack of accountability and immaturity of the way she conducted business. I would definitely not recommend Rawson Properties! 99% of the agents ignore you anyway, any the one that does respond is immature and unprofessional, taking people for a ride!!

I'm always impressed with their fast, efficient and friendly services
I'm always impressed with their fast, efficient and friendly services. They always make me feel welcome as a client, and always awnser my queries with so much effort and compassion. I've never experienced any issues with Virseker and I appreciate all the time and effort they put in to making me feel comfortable and understood as a client. I would highly recommend them every time. They have the best service delivery!

I have always received very friendly and efficient communication and service from Virseker. The consultants always go out of their way to put me as a client's mind at ease, and always help me wherever they can. I would definitely recommend Virseker as one of the best Insurance companies.

Disgusted customer
Well not only is vodacom the only network with the most expensive data rates (obviously have no shame in taking a **** load of money from loyal customers for years) they also have this new bull**** going on, in seeing how quickly they can take the very expensive data from their customers!! 1GB data in less than an week, and that used to last me almost a whole month, even being active on social media and what not, so don't come with your lame ass excuses of over usage of apps! And so they have been doing the **** to me for the past 2 months and think I don't notice? Well I'm fairly ****ed off right now! And the least you can do is contact me back and fix the ****ed up problem of yours! But as we all know, their customers care services is just as ****ty as any of their other services and I will probably not hear back! You Vodacom do not deserve my loyalty! ***** you!!!!!

Lying Cosultants and Mangers
<p>Since July 2016 I have requested a cancellation for my fnb connect service and my number to be ported back to Vodacom. The service they sell is a very ****ty one, and they lie and and ignore client requests. I'm honestly hopeless with advise at this point, that I'm strongly considering legal steps against them. I would not recommend their services to anyone, because they aren't helpful and does not give satisfactory answers, and they deny me the right to send proof from their side. Highly ****ed off and frustrated. </p>
