I ordered my products in January 2025. End of March 2025 and I still don't have my order. Apparently got hacked and we're very sorry and they would get back to me. Nothing. I have made numerous attempts of trying to get my order. They want me to send a courier to them and collect my order and they will also add some extra free items in... After I paid them courier fees already. I don't trust them. What if I send a courier and they place doesn't even exist. I have been patient but I am now fed up waiting. I hope.... That if I ever get my products, it would have been worth wat I paid for and all this hassle of getting it.
Club membership and monthly airtime was added to my account without my permission. When I phone them, they keep putting me through from one department to another and no one is willing to assist me. The branch personnel are not able to assist and tell me to phone head office. The head office is not willing to assist.
I placed an order end of June, it is now beginning of October and still didn't receive it. Every time I phone they say 24 to 72 hours to delivery. I need this parcel for my business, so I am loosing money every day that I don't have my order. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews of Reliable Store before I placed the order, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it through the Reliable Store. People there call it the UNRELIABLE STORE. I just finished a call with them again and they said the normal 24 to 72 hours again, so I called Buffalo Couriers, but when you are third or second to the front of the line, the call gets cuts off. The person I spoke with, also didn't want to put me through to Buffalo Couriers that they are using to deliver the orders. He said that he will speak to them himself and give me feedback. I am with my hands in my hair. They lie over and over to me. ---- wish there was a NO STAR option
Strugling now for about 72 hours to get a technician out to look at what is wrong with our fibre connection. Call centre just keep saying they will send someone within 48 hours. But no one phones us back or come to look at what is wrong. We are not happy with their service. Yesterday when we phoned the lady said she will asign a technician. When we phoned this morning the call operator said no one was assigned yet and they will asign it to a technician. So the lady from last nigh did not asign it yet as she said she would.
My daughter had to go to the ER to get stiches, and even though it indicates on their plan that they will pay it, they didnt and wanted to hand me over to lawyers. Worst medical aid I have ever been on. It doesnt even deserve 1 star.
<p>I did an upgrade. Delivery was promised within 48h. 3 weeks later and I still didn't receive my new phone. Phoned 6 times already... No one is helping me. I am a very unhappy customer.</p>
