TCG27352483 Package was delivered but not to correct person or address. No help on Messenger, email or their Facebook page. The phones keeps ringing at the Cape Town brach who delivered the parcel. Using them is putting my own business in a bad light. Very frustrated as my customer also wants answers.
After a big fight with Vodacom about a faulty charger reveived with my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on upgrade, I phoned Samsung SA customer service. They told me that I can take the faulty charger to a Samsung service centre with a proof of contract. I went from Witbank to Boksburg (as that is the nearest service centre to me) with the faulty charger and the proof of contract I received from Vodacom. I spoke to the ladies at the service centre and explained that I only want a charger as they provide a 6 month warranty on chargers (seperate from the phone warranty). They agreed to exchange the charger adapter for a new one. I was very happy, but then they told me that there is no stock on the chargers for the phone. I requested that they keep the faulty charger and just send me one as soon as they get stock. I was then told that I must come in again (from Witbank to Johannesburg) so that they can see the phone and charger again plus I need a Proof of contract that states the IMEI number of the phone (which they never told me when I phoned Samsung SA service centre) So now I have to travel another 120km and back to get a new charger for the brand new "Flagship" phone from Samsung. I would realky like to know how a faulty charger lands up in the box with a phone over R16k??? Sure there must be Quality checks done before packing. I wish that businesses take customer services more serious. I have at least 6 Samsung branded products in my house, but will surely think twice next time I buy electronics. I meqn if there is such a big hassle just to get a mew phone charger, what will be next...... Regards Not a happy customer
Received a Aamsung Galaxy Note 9 on upgrade. Nothing wrong with the phone. The charger doesn't work. Even tried it on other devices. Spoke Vodacom about it. They want the complete package (phone included) back, so they can exchange for new one. I explained I already fitted a tempered glass screen protector to the phone. I then spoke to Samsung service centre who told me that the charger (on its own) has a 6 month warranty. I can exchange it at any Samsung service centre. The only problem is that he nearest one to me is over a 100km away. Think that Vodacom should start with etter customer service and try at least to go the extra mile. PS: Everybody knows how long it takes to set up a new phone just to be told they want the phone back to exhange the faulty charger. Ridiculous!

I bought a "Ratchet Spanner set" and a MTB multitool from Buycycle on 20/09/2016. The delivery came at first without the multitool and the wrong spanner set (Non ratchet). I complained with them and then they asked for photos of the parcel. I received the multi tool then a few days later and they arranged for pickup a few days later of the wrong spanners and then sent me the wrong spanner set (again non ratchet). After doing some research I noticed that the wrong spanner set is advertised on their website with the wrong specs.

I then asked them to fetch this set again and rather give me a refund. They promised me the refund, which I am still waiting for up until now!!! So now I am without the spanners I wanted and the money I paid for it.

The communication from them is not great as I have to keep contacting them for an answer.
