I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from both the claims and billing departments. The current handling of my account is unacceptable, and I feel the financial charges and processing errors have been handled without any regard for the client's well-being. I am requesting an immediate review of my file
I am extremely angry and disappointed with Nimble for continuously harassing me about a Standard Bank account from 2021, which I have no record of. Their information is inconsistent, and it’s clear something is not adding up. They are even putting accounts under my name that I know nothing about, which is highly suspicious and feels *****ulent. I’m sick and tired of these false accusations and harassing calls. I demand they stop contacting me immediately and that Standard Bank investigates this matter urgently before more innocent people are targeted.

Disappointed with discovery my medical aid suspended based on the error of payment allocation, my bill was R 4300 for the month of January and it was paid in full , my daughter was at the emergency they couldn’t admit her , my daughter life was put in danger based on problems with below standard people working in finance
