I was promised a resolution that has yet to materialize, and I can no longer tolerate being kept in limbo. I am demanding the following as a matter of urgency: The immediate processing of all pending claims. The application of these claims against my outstanding balance. The swift payout of the resulting surplus owed to me. A definitive timeline for when this will be completed. I expect an urgent solution to this matter today. Please confirm receipt of this mail and provide the name of the senior manager overseeing this resolution.

Disappointed with discovery my medical aid suspended based on the error of payment allocation, my bill was R 4300 for the month of January and it was paid in full , my daughter was at the emergency they couldn’t admit her , my daughter life was put in danger based on problems with below standard people working in finance
