Ridiculous Service
<p>So MTN insurance decided to outsource their contact centre and all together the process of claiming has changed but was never communicated to me as a paying customer. I have claimed for a stolen for which I had insured with MTN Insurance together with the sim card, a call centre agent calls to tell me that my claim has been approved but I need to buy my own sim card, send an invoice and they will refund me... like ***? as i have mentioned the process has been changed but was never communicated to me. How on earth should I buy my own sim card whereas i insured both the phone and sim card? why did i pay the excess amount in the first place? this is BS and i am not having this</p>

No access to public toilets
<p>I'm heavily pregnant and desperately needed to use the toilet at Carlton Centre next door Nandos. To my surprise the toilet was locked , i came across a lady who works at cellphone shop and had keys to the toilet and refused to help me. What kind of mall locks public toilets?</p>

Discriminating truck driver on freedom day
<p>The truck driver driving a CT84FXGP demanded that we pay him for delivery when he arrived at my house. The truck driver continued to throw racial comments saying us black people don't like paying whereas the the salesperson clearly told us that as delivery is free. I found this disturbing that someone can insult me on freedom day nogal</p>

Automatic responses on hellopeter

Pathetic service
<p>So MTN replied to my previous review. I think it was Mike that asked for my contact details. But no one ftom MTN has called me to arrange for the collection of my phone. Tried the call center , you don't even get to speak to a consultant. The call always drops</p>
