Good day, We are new to car track. Signed up and at the end of the month when it came to taking the debit order they debited the premium an additional amount of R7400 something went off as well. The bank reversed the transaction as this clearly was a mistake. Car track promised to rectify the error on their side every day car track is trying to debit my account again with R7400 something. This is causing me to occur unnecessary bank charges daily this is infuriating and feel car track should be liable for these charges better yet resolve the admin fault on their side on my account.
This company is ******** to say the least. I have started my subscription in November 2021 and as per agreement it would have been a 12 month subscription and then a buy out. I have ever since been paying and and asking how long do i still need to pay and there is NO communication and getting hold of this company in non existent. I have even paid the buy out if you calculate the term they keep debiting my account. When sending emails and messages it just does not get attended to. I would NOT recommend them to any one. Stay away.
<p>I have been playing V Slots at Meelvloer Valhalla for a long time we have not had any problems with the previous owners, however there are new owners now and when ever the machines pay out we only receive an I O U to come back the next couples of days and even then the changes are slim that they give you your money. How can you put in money into these machines and not receive your payout the same day</p> <p> This is not acceptable as you keep putting money that they are pocketing. These machine should be removed or the owners should be issued with a fine.</p>
