Unauthorised transactions
On the 27th of July i visites vslots ukhozi haming in alice and purchased 3 beers worth R90, got my beers drank then left. On the morning of the 30th july around 7:00 am a purchase of two R90 went of on my account and that time the place is not even open they open at 9am. When i went to the manager she asked for my statement and my statement indicates that on the 27 they deducted the R90 and on the 28 another R90 went and again two more times on the 30th. And the manager said there is nothing they can do. In this instances i dont even know what to do, so much money lost in this economy!

Comfortably deadly air while gambling
I went to my local pub recently to have my nightly beer.The place is smoke filled to the point of health hazard. Turns out V Slots has fitted air conditioners and air curtains to place. We used to have fresh air ventilating through place so smokers and non smokers could co exist, now V Slots has put air curtains at the doors that contain inner environment - this non ventilated area is the cooled by aircons or heated as required. Problem is - these aircons do not use clean out side air and pump it into place, they suck the stale smoke laden air inside place in back cool it and blow it out front. Same smoke laden air over and over and the more the people smoke inside the more laden the air become, but its just cooler - surely this contained super charged smoke air must be a health hazard compared to none. Remember there is little to no fresh - the air curtain see's to that - so every smoke lit just ups the air smoke ratio - but at least its at a nice temperature. Lastly this sealed air invoroment must surely be exstreme health risk to staff at 10 hrs a day shifts ?????

<p>I have been playing V Slots at Meelvloer Valhalla for a long time we have not had any problems with the previous owners, however there are new owners now and when ever the machines pay out we only receive an I O U to come back the next couples of days and even then the changes are slim that they give you your money. How can you put in money into these machines and not receive your payout the same day</p> <p> This is not acceptable as you keep putting money that they are pocketing. These machine should be removed or the owners should be issued with a fine.</p>

After this happened the machine took about R3500 without giving you even a R3 back.</p> <p>This is not the first time that this happen at the Watergat Kroeg on the machine number 1 or number 3.</p> <p>How can you explain this?<br />How is it possible that this machine can pay out and as soon as you are on a winning streek then it stops?</p> <p>This never ever happened with the previous owner at the Watergat Kroeg. We are locals playing there.</p>

Utterly Disgusting Bad Attitude/Unwelcoming
On the the 6th of Feb2016/11:10 i went to V-slots Fishoek [(next to Gold circle Betting world)-{ its not even written outside the name of the slot area.}] however it was still closed operating times not even indicated. i knocked on the door,because i could hear people inside-the Door was answered by a seriously rude man, when i asked him politely what time he opens- he answered me rudely saying:why? i told him i wanted to play slots- he then opened for me. when i got inside- i was met by a bad-stale cigarette smell from the night before,the general place was filthy.As i was about to put money in the slot, i noticed an error message displayed on several slots saying:power failure, i called him and asked about it- he just brushed me off by saying:the machines are fine you can play- i was not convinced, so i just decided to leave the place.it was as if i was not welcomed.i don't know wether clients are judged according to race or what? and i've once came there and found him playing slots. i will never visit that place again. so Disgusted
