Dear Specsavers Customer Care, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a pair of spectacles made for me at your Ottery branch a few months ago, which I have been unable to wear since receiving them. From the moment I collected the spectacles, they did not feel right and caused discomfort and visual strain. For context, I had another pair of spectacles made at Optique only four months prior, which were made using my prescription at the time and were absolutely perfect with no issues at all. Concerned, I returned to Specsavers with a printed copy of my Optique prescription and requested that the new spectacles be adjusted to match it. Instead of addressing my concern, I was repeatedly told that my eyes had “gotten weaker.” I explained multiple times that it is not reasonable for my prescription to have changed so drastically in only four months — from: * Right: -1.75 to -2.00 * Left: -0.25 to ±1.75 Despite this significant difference, staff insisted that I should simply wear the spectacles and that my eyes would “get used to it.” This was extremely frustrating, as I had only had the Optique spectacles made four months earlier and had no issues with them whatsoever. I was later contacted and told that I would need to come in again for another appointment and eye test. My concern is this: despite me clearly explaining the problem and providing proof of my recent prescription, my concerns were not taken seriously, and no effort was made to resolve the issue without requiring another test. Additionally, the receptionist at the Ottery branch was dismissive and did not attempt to understand my situation. I am now left with a pair of spectacles that I cannot wear and which the branch has refused to correct. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and the lack of customer care shown. I paid for a service and a product that is not usable, and I believe this matter should be resolved promptly and professionally. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible, either through correcting the lenses to the appropriate prescription or providing a suitable alternative solution. I believe this company is fraud, the original company is called HENDERSON PROPERTIES AND NOT PROPERTY! The whatsapp image on their profile is cropped to not show PROPERTIES. They are also asking people to pay R800 plus deposit BEFORE viewing. There is no actual website for them as the one in thier GMAIL email address does not exist. They claim to be http://hendersonproperty.co.za but the original company with the same logo who is in USA is actually https://www.hendersonproperties.com. Luckily i got a bad feeling because the email address being a gmail account, the website being fake, the people employed not real. There is a Kerry Jackson name however this said person is a Dr on Linkedin. i was super excited to know i got approved so quick for a new place only to learn it does not exist Here are there details but the phone number is by the way is off. On the 31 Dec 22 I wanted to place an order on PnP ASAP to have Pies delivered for us to eat on the day. The time and date was for past 7pm on the 31st Dec which was ok. But after the transaction went through it had sent the order to a house i do not live in in a area i dont live it. So i cancelled it. On the 1st Jan 22 the money was refunded but to my wallet, so i requested a cash out on the 2nd. I was told up to 10 days to pay out my refund. The money has still not been received and we on day 11. The email services are pathetic and doesnt assist in any way. They just tell you to wait
ON THE 27TH JULY I CALLED TELKOM TO REQUEST A PAID UP LETTER FOR MY ACCOUNT AS I NEEDED THIS URGENTLY TO CLEAR MY NAME. THEY TOLD ME IT TAKES 7 - 14 WORKING DAYS. I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE THE 27TH JULY UNTIL TODAY THE 17 AUGUST WHICH IS THE 14TH WORKING DAY. NO ONE IN THE CALL CENTRE HELPS ME PROPERLY ALL THEY DO IS ESCALATE BUT NOTHING HAPPENS, NO FEEDBACK NO COMMUNICATION NOTHING, THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER AND STILL NOTHING. IVE HAD IT WITH TELKOM NOW, THEIR FACEBOOK IS FILLED WITH COMPLAINTS AND THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. I EVEN LOGGED A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER GOODS ASWELL. ALL IM ASKING IS MY PAID UP LETTER. WE ARE ON DAY 14 NOW !!! AND EBCAUSE TELKOM HAS SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE GETTING HOLD OF ANYONE TAKES ALOT OF TIME OUT OF MY WORKING DAY
So ive been mailing Nedbank since the 27th July and each mail i get a response saying they will respond within 72 hours. To date i have sent 10 emails and not once has someone gotten back to me simply because Nedbank has to refund me. Had this been the other way around where i needed to pay Nedbank the response woulda been very very fast. So again for the 100th time WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND ?
For as long as i can remember Telkom has given me terrible service. All im wanting is a paid up letter of my account. I've requested this for nearly a week now and all i get is that the call has been escalated. i kept saying this is urgent but they do not care. Please send me my paid up letter this week still. They dont reply via email or facebook and calling to them is a waste of time, never will i sign up with telkom ever again
<p>i recevied a call from fnb offering me this amazing contract. which i took. which included FREE whatsapp. Not ever was it told that the whatsapp "PROMOTION" would end. This meant i needed to buy airtime or data right? Now first of all. i do not always have money in my account to buy airtime or data. this airtime is not sold in shops either and also this airtime and data goes so unbelieveable fast. But my main issue is when the sale was made it was never mentioned. Now i was this cancelled. If not i will change my bank details because i am totally against false sales.</p>
