I bought led lights for my motorcycle at 4x4 Direct. As I have an adventure bike we really travel the worst back roads. After visiting Ceres in the snow, Tankwa where I almost drowned my motocycle in the river crossing and a crash near Oasis the one led decided it has had enough. I went to 4x4 Direct more than willing to pay for a replacement light but they exchanged the light without any cost. I buy from them regularly and will do so in the future.
I have ordered several goods over the last few months from Takealot. I do think we must give recognition, and not only complain, when we come across excellent service. Thank you, your service is simply the best, especially in times where the online sales have increased beyond believe. Always on time, always the right product. Five well deserved stars
I traded a motorcycle in for a bike at Perry Bike in Durban. I am in Cape Town and was not sure if this was a clever decision as I stay in Cape Town a long way from Perry Bikes. Well, the person I dealt with, Grayson Humble, was excellent. He gave me proper info on the bike I wanted and assisted with the trade of my own bike. Excellent service! Good feedback with regard to the transport of my new bike to Cape Town.
<p>NEDBANK has the most pathetic, time consuming system to make internet payments. It will be faster to que in the bank than spending 35 min to make two payments to the Estate Agent Affairs Board. On average I had to resend a request 7 times for the mobile authentication, and twice 9 and 10 times respectively. I thought it might because of high traffic volume and decided to try again later at 11pm. What a WASTE of sleeping time!!! Thirty five minutes to make two payments. Both ABSA and FNT takes less than three minutes to make the same/similar payments. This pathetic service has been going on and on and phoning NEDBANK to complain is impossible! If ABSA with many more clients can get this right I suggest some heads must roll at NEDBANK's IT department. If it was not for the good service from my branch I would have told NEDBANK to go fly a kite a long tome ago!!! Disgusted.</p>
