I just started trading with this broker and already experienced bad service. I was in a trade and the trend was not even near my stop loss and then the broker took me out on the stop loss. This was not even close to slippage... This was clearly day light *******. I tried contacting the service, but no luck getting through to them and the WhatsApp AI is also no help at all. This is a waste of money broker.
Hê is unreliable, make up stories and lies about sending you parts and don't pay back money that he owes you for fetching it at the supplier yourself after you paid him for courier. He messed up my quad after he dyno it it didn't even want to ride in 5th gear, that's how bad his mapping on the power commander was. I took it to a professional and he can't believe that the mapping was done the way Gideon did it. Totally unprofessional. and ignore your messages when he owes you parts while you can see he is online on whatsapp for days. I won't recommend anybody to him. It's been 3 times that he couldn't deliver good service to me.
Very bad service. I always have to pay very high customs clearance cost by Aramex. They are on your case everyday to pay the customs cost, but since I've paid it's been over a week that my package is still at customs waiting for response and now nobody comes back to me with feedback and they don't reply to my emails anymore. When I had to pay they were replying me on my emails within the same day.
I have relocated over 2 months ago, struggled almost 2 months to get my land line installed at the new address. I have received a bill for for line rental for the month of May when they only came and installed the line near the end of May. I have logged a dispute that the account and bill needs to be rectified already on the 10/05/2018 and was told that it will take 8 days to be fixed. 3 weeks later I phoned Telkom again and asked why the bill has not been rectified yet. They escalated it to the supervisor and again a week later still nothing has been done about my account and I still see on the Telkom site that the issue is still under logged and not even in progress yet. Telkom is the worst service provider I have had and I'm very disappointed in their service. Can someone please resolve this bill issue of mine? My ref. no for this issue is ********** 0.
I bought the "The Solution" weigh loss product and have been using it exactly as indicated for 4 weeks now and to my disappointment gained 2 Kg. I can not believe that this product is even being sold to rob people from their hard earned money. I have used the product with more water intake and cut out sweets and cold drinks and still have not seen any difference in losing any weight. I am really not impressed with this product and would not recommend it to anyone.
Ek is ontsaglik terleurgesteld in hulle maatskappy... my claim is al in by hulle vandag verlede jaar Augustus en nou bel Daphne my en sê dat hulle nou eers die claim na die RAF gaan stuur... dit is onaanvaarbaar want verlede jaar was vir my gese dat die claim klaar ingestuur was in September... so hulle het tot disver vir 6 maande niks gedoen nie en as ek ook nie aanhou bel het nie sou daar ook seker nog niks vir maande gebeur het nie... ek het al hulle voice call recordings en boodskappe wat ek kan gebruik as bewys dat hulle maatskappy nie weet wat hulle doen nie.
I have moved from Witbank to Bronkhorstspruit and transferred my Telkom home line to the new address. Every month I view my bill online and the bill is still showing the old address. I've phoned Telkom every month for 5 months now to have this problem sorted out and every time they tell me it has been solved but I must wait for my next bill. Today I've checked the new bill and again the bill is showing my old address. I need this bill as proof of residence to claim transport allowance and for 5 months now I am losing money due to Telkom customer service not doing their work.
<p>I have made two R15000 payments to WFS into my loan account, a total of R30000. The first R15000 was reversed by them and not paid back into my Bank account. The second R15000 did not show as payment on my balance at all. I have contacted WFS for over 14 days to have this issue resolved and am getting nowhere. I have been to my Bank to clear this up and they confirmed that a successful transfer of the total R30000 was made to the WFS account and the money still reflects in the bank account of WFS. I'm having sleepless nights due to this R30000 issue not being resolved. </p>
