Excellent service
<p>I bought a house 6 months ago and I applied for finance through Nedbank, SA Homeloans and Bond Gallery who are a bond originator. Nedbank were good, SA Homeloans were terrible but Bond Gallery was superb. The person I dealt with was Yutame and it really felt like she went out of her way to help and it was nice having someone fighting on my side. Really impressed and ended up with a sub-prime bond through FNB. Five stars and I normally don't go above four unless they really deserve it.</p>

Disappeared after sending bond papers
<p>I applied for a bond through SA homeloans, Nedbank and Bond Gallery There's a lot of paperwork involved and on top of the supporting documents, I completed an 8 page bond application for SA Homeloans. After sending eveything through they disappeared. I sent a follow up mail and nothing. At this stage I decided that if that was their level of service then I didn't want to deal with them so I continued with the other two who were both excellent, particularly Bond Gallery. It's stressful enough going through buying a house and SA Homeloans certainly didn't make it easier. Very disappointed...</p>

Good aftersales service
<p>I used Solar Guru to convert my existing 200l geyser to solar. They arrived on time and everything went well on the installation day. Shortly after I had issues with the electricity tripping due to the geyser. I got hold of them and they sent someone immediately on the saturday to see what the problem was. It turned out to be an issue with the existing element seal that was cracked in the installation. They replaced the seal and element free of charge and everything has been 100% since. Their pricing was also very good compared to other quotes. It's hard to guage after sales service when everything goes perfectly so I thought I'd post on here to hopefully give other peace of mind.</p>

Above and beyond
<p>I've used Mr Half Ton a couple of times now and both times they were superb. The first time was to remove construction waste left over from tiling and the second time was when I moved house. When I moved they were cheaper than the other quotes I got and when we weren't quite finished packing they packed the last few bits without charge. Quick and efficient and nothing was missing or broken. Really good value for money.</p>
