If I could add no stars, I would. In December I purchased an iron from their website. They then went on to send me a cheaper iron. I have been in the process of getting a refund for weeks now, to no avail. Their business practices is shocking. And they actually go about many different names. There is 1) idealdirect 2) catch of the day 3) magic in the box. Basically, it is a Chinese import shop, selling online.
I was conned into renewing my contract with MTN, even though I want to cancel altogether. A lady called me to say that they can offer me lower subscriptions because my contract is over and I no longer need to pay for my handset, but OMITTED saying that my contract will be renewed for another 24 months. i DO NOT want to renew my contract with MTN, as my data for the last year has just disappeared. I tried calling your centre, but no one in retentions ever answers the phone. Please cancel this renewal on my line, I do not want to stay with mtn
<p>I really can't wait for my contract to end with MTN the data thieving network. I have now figured out that no matter how much data i buy. MTN will just take it away after the FREE data expires. I am on wifi most of the time, with All apps data switched off. But still....data vanishes. Sick and tired and completely over it! Your network sucks....you have officially lost a loyal customer. <p>after trying to upgrade my contract since the 3rd of OCtober, I officially give up!</p> <p><br />first the courier service decided to send my upgrade phone back - all on there own!</p> <p>then phoning and emailing and phoning and emailing - with zero help, except one guy in cancelations, who it seems now, did not actually help.</p> <p>after phoning again, and then receiving the documents to sign and send back; which i promply did...and phoning again, still no one knows anything about my contract.</p> <p>I have sent the signed documents back via fax as requested, on Monday past. <br /> This whole process has taken Vodacom officially now almost a month.</p> <p> It is now extremely frustrating to say the least!</p> <p> </p> <p>If You are not sending me my new upgrade handset this week. Then i will kindly request you to cancel my contract! As no one should have to go through such issues!</p> <p>the number in question is not my HelloPeter registered number.</p>
