FORMAL COMPLAINT: MISCONDUCT AND DAMAGE TO APPLIANCE
On 28 February 2026, I took my microwave to the LG Electronics Service Centre in Midrand. The unit was fully operational except for not heating. I was issued a quotation of R1,600.00, which I initially accepted. Thereafter, a technician privately offered to sell me his own main PCB at a lower price. Due to this improper proposal, I cancelled the repair and paid the R480.00 assessment fee. Upon returning home, I discovered that the microwave is now completely non-functional. Prior to submission, it was at least powering on. This conduct raises serious concerns regarding both the diagnosis and the handling of my appliance. I require an urgent explanation.

Humiliating search at Shoprite Primrose Germiston Branch
I went shopping at Shoprite liquor @Primrose, Germiston this afternoon 17th September 2021. And when I was on my way out after I didn't find what I was looking for, the security guard from Safeguard Security Pty Ltd stopped me and ask where is the staff I bought and I told him I didn't buy. He started searching me and I had not problem with him searching me but the manner in which he did the searching felt so humiliating and so rough. I told him that I respect his job but I don't like the roughness then he asked me to go report him which I did and hope they address the matter.

Emotional scene at Translux Park Station Johannesburg
I was very distabed yesterday on Sunday July7 In Park Station Johannesburg when commuters of Translux busses being turned home after their bus left them behind. I felt it was unfair since the place was fully packed and Caotic because busses where running late. I tried to intervine for the old woman who looked hope-less and I was asked by Translux officials to pay for her axtra R100 to reschedule her tickets for Tuesday afternoon.
