Miway still stands out after 5 yrs
Am KHUTSO a miway client for more than 5yrs yesterday I got a help of my time with the service I got from phemelo khunou miway agent he made my 2018 the best with the best monthly premium since I insuranced my content,2cars and house under miway he reduced my glass access to the lowest since I joined miway he also sealed my joy by giving me 50% discount on my next month premium remember my premium was lowered also the guy was friendly and talking to him like we know each other in person Miway is a company that never disappoints I ve had many claims which are way expensive to pass my money I paid them but still they value me regardless of my claims they treat me like am the only customer they have .thank you Miway you always do things Miway my experience with you it's making me enjoy my ride as you never disappointed me in all the yrs I really appreciate your team it's working hard to please me phumelo khunou your the best keep it up that way Thanks

Poor customer care from RCS GROUP
Iam very disappointed with the service am getting from RCS group I get paid my game account on the 1st of march till today am still waiting for the it to appear in my account I called in from the 14th I was told to send proof of payment I did that three times still wen I call I get different people telling to wait all their waiting periods has lapsed no feedback nothing .I was the consultants are rude ,the what more should I do next where must I pay my account coz I paid in the store the proof of payment was sent by their stuff member at the credit desk Ayanda in middelburg but still they deny is my money gone to the drain like that.charges are added that am not a good customer

Great service to the client
I would like thank Aneska from middelburg sollys GM with a wonderful service she offered I left my car with a problem of a cooling fan the service was quick and great sollys thank you for the service keep this lady she is doing great job and communication is too class

Poor service from Capitec consultant
I very paid my account using my bank account card now I need the info from my account to show when I pay paid the account I could see a statement but I can't get a direct detail of my payment info to printed to me and the same same info I see on my appi can't get and I can't do snap shot so .now my money goes to the drain due to my bank that can't just print the information on my account or app .how do you tell us switch to Capitec to get this low kind of service

Poor service from RCS GAME MIDDELBURG AND RCS SYSTEM
I paid my account in the middelburg game store using a Capitec to swipe. Now I get msg and statement that says I didn't pay I asked the game store why the can't help me I sent thenk the bank statement to show that I paid but where is my money I am so disappointed with RCS GAME MIDDELBURG coz walking around with my bank card is the safest way to pay my bills but if I personally do payment but still says I didn't pay while my statement said it's paid to them it's a disgrace .I am now lost devastated on how must I pay my account again

Miway will give you a peace of mind when insure with them
My car was damaged by a truck at the back and I claimed with miway which was hustle free,my car was declared write off as the damage was expensive but miway consultant buhle thwala told to get a cheaper quote from authorised Panelbeaters which I did and they paid me out in my account to fix it I did that I was and my car is now good and the reinsured my car with extra R400 on top of my premium I know every business had win and loss I had to except the raise coz the service is top quality I would like to thanks all who were involved in my case to get the car fixed and insured again,Matilda,Penny,buhle u guys are a team of greatness I appreciate all it help in miway I trust ,I love you lots Miway for life with me and you we still ve a long way to go

Bad customer services
<p>Hi Am KLM I covered my car with motorite for extended warranty and I claimmed that my car its overheating as a result of that I sent to nearest dealership and they told me thermostat its faulty and as a result the water bottle was affected due the coolant that was returning to the bottle it caused it to crack,now motorite deicide to cover for thermostat only and leave the bottle and say its not covered,when I called Ofentse for motorite he told me its not covered but I asked him this is the affected part after the covered components failed,he said was the starting by it self I said yes but the guage will go to red to show its overheating,he said to me coz the car was starting it was not breakdown so am asking myself if a car its overheating its not starting??? Am covered for overheating for R4500 but he does not wanna buy my damaged bottle for R500 ,am disappointed in motorite coz if a bottle leak can cause overheating he is only expecting the top gasket then he will say yes it was ,while I became a wise driver and report the overheating before those component dies that they excpt they fail if its overheating</p>

BAD SERVICE FROM MIWAY AND DOING THINGS THEIR WAY
<p>I ve been with miway for 4 yrs now loyal to them same they did to me but now my car value dropped but my premium I get its way above my initial contract my excess went up too,I ve been in a good partnership with them all along but what my friends told me on the fourth yr Miway rip clients off the three guys referred to miway they are all gone on the fourth yr so I now understand why coz miway does business their way ,mpho was the worst consultant I ve ever encountered at miway I miss the services like ziphora so ****ed actually u dnt deserve a star at all</p>

I ve insurance Freedom with Miway
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** 991821px;">I got the very exceptional service from the chart group team and Thabo whom called me to finalise my claim indeed with Miway I ve insurance freedom I am very happy customer as when am in trouble with my car u just go online and explain the truth and the except my claim right away and it all and done I love Miway there is no insurance that has peace of mind like them since I joined them in 2009 I started at R1300 my premium its below R980 now and when I look back I claimed every year but their services are excellent and the premium is not determined by how you claim but your loyality its something you don't hear them making advert abt it only loyal client will tell you all coz it stress free, oh I also got my first premium back thats Miway no one else will give a peace of mind like them with their app its soooo easy</span></p>
