Worst experience ever with Alpine Fin Bloemfontein. Made a promise HE could not keep, kept me in the dark till it was to late and than shifted the blame to me. And his wife protected him rather than trying to retain a loyal client. I was with my previous insurer since 2011 amd had no issues I regret listening to friends to move to these people and within 2 years they destroyed my trust in outside brokers. Use trusted companies and do it yourself.
Deon Leeuw from Alpine Fin PTY Ltd Bloemfontein in association with Cooper and Cooper Financial Planning FSP47879 put me in a bad Financial position in June July August 2024 than Deon made promises he could not keep, never kept me updated and than was dishonest about it. Took to Ombudsman but lost the case as I didn't have enough evidence as my phone was wiped and I lost all my wattsapps to protect me and Deon refused to resend and only used what he could to prove me as the wrong party and trusted the wrong person. He and his wife are not to be trusted. I even tried resolving amicably by saying ill take 50% of the loss and they refused and I withdrew. Companies always win because they know how to protect themselves and have money for attorneys and normal middle class people get hurt
If I could rate Nissan south African and ntt Nissan Bloemfontein a zero i would Traded in my Qashqui for a Xtrail start 2022 than traded the Xtrail for a Nissan Micra Acenta middle 2022 I was told it's a 2022 model but everytime dealers, insurance or part stores check using vin they pick up 2021 It was not disclosed by the sales rep at the time that model would be discontinued August 2022 about 2 months after he sold it to me On 30000km service they informed me brwke pads and discs on Micra need to be replaced every 30000km Nissan serviced and wanted to charge me over 4000k to replace I took Nissan back for vibration over 120km they said it's alignment and balancing, done but still vibrates Went back and forth than stopped because ombudsman said brakes and discs are wear and tear but every 30000km this bulletin. Struggle to get parts because of model and discontinuation. On 60000km service they said fan belt or chain or something needs to be replaced again quoted over 3000k 75000k service took back said service plan is done told them sales rep said 3 years from driving out of show room or 90000km whichever comes first they said its from first registration but still did it after I fought Just after service rear view inside mirror just falls off again wear and tear Fuel display doesn't go off empty lines even when filling over quarter tank but needle goes up, service department said take key out when filling so we do but still same problem. Old battery showed 155km fuel new battery few minutes later shows 199km fuel available Control arm bushes start giving a problem Battery starts giving a problem not sure yet if its battery or alternator or what still testing but it was long weekend so mechanics are off Value dropped by more than half the price and no one wants to look at trade in due to discontinuation Nissan south African refers to dealer principal and he says nothing he can do Nissan south africa says nothing they can do Manager says he wasn't there in 2022 but this is false Manager and Nissan south Africa say dealerships not aware in advance if a vehicle is to be discontinued again talking to other dealers this not true Vehicle not even in my possession a full 3 years and been complaining since driving out and problem after problem Dealership says sales rep left 1 week after sale and say they cannot be held accountable, I did not buy from individual sales rep I bought from Nissan Nissan micra 900t acenta 2022 *** no wonder it was discontinued Only good thing light on fuel consumption but value wise don't even bother

Both nissan south africa, ntt nissan Bloemfontein managers say "nissan dealerships are not aware before a vehicle is going to be discontinued" Please don't buy this ***
Since I lodged a third party claim in September 2024 and was being sent from pillar to post and I complained and even was ready to go to Ombudsman. Teboho Nkambule from quest Claims took over and turned a bad situation into something good and Walter Shiyane from Old Mutual came back from leave and immediately processed my payment. Although it took more than 3 months of fighting it took these to gentleman days to resolve and that over the festive season. Thanj gentlemen you are an asset to your employers and clients
I've been experiencing problems with your Northridge gym and membership fees since 2022 I keep complaining they apologize give me discounts, Free bags make me sign new contracts and than start again and then everything blame it on previous staff. I signed a contract end 2023 or this year somewhere for both my boys one 15 years old and one 21 years old the premium for both was R830 or R850 than it went up to R920.00 and I was still fine than November it went up to R937.28 and now R1167.28. How do you sign a fixed contract 24 months contract and your sales rep at the gym says it only has a slight increase November and that your one child is on youth till 23 years old and other on kids option till 18 years but you now state otherwise. Also state there is a increase in January 2025 of +-R830.00 this is +-R220 increase in two months period this just for the 20 year old increase and you already deduct January 2025 in December 2024 and now cost me a R130.00 bank fee for unpaid due to insufficient funds because you gave me no warning. Email says January 2025 and I have complained and still waiting for signed copy of my contract I signed at Northridge mall Bloemfontein gym. Also my medical aid said the 20year old qualifies for 30% discount but gym states not on youth contract. Please give me answers immediately
Telkom customer service is bad and they just want money money money A telkom rep called me on September 26th and wanted me to upgrade and renew contract I told him to please put in 30days notice on the wifi as it's very old and I struggle with network but please renew or keep the R99.00 Sim card running as I still use this. I said it's done and I made sure by repeating 3 times "so on 1st October I pay for September usage the R550something and than 1st November for October usage R550 something because of the notice and he said yes that is right and than than 1st December I only pay the R99 of the Sim. He said yes" only to find on 1st December full R550 was deducted so I reversed as this was not agreed. Now they sending me threats to hand over and effect my credit records.
My vehicle was reversing and saw the third party coming into the drive way my vehicle immediately stopped and hooted for him to stop but he was on his cellphone and was not concentrating and was looking in morrow watching gate close behind him, but biggest fact he was distracted on the cellphone. He called his broker and the broker stated he has third party liability cover and they will put the claim thorough I don't have to worry about anything. A day or 2 later I received an email from Quest Claims Solutions (Pty) Ltd requesting me to complete a form and attach required documents. I sent everything to them including a SIGNED SAPS AFFIDAVIT from their client acknowledging that it was his fault. The matter was referred to Nadine Burgers at Quest Claims Solutions (Pty) Ltd I asked for feedback and she referred my to the from stating it takes 45DAYS not working days just days to resolve from the date they receive all documents which were sent and confirmed on the 9th of October 2024 so I patiently waited. I again sent her an email and now she requested video footage which is not requested or required anywhere on any of their emails or forms but was a suggestion from me that shows their client pointing out the damages as he wanted no liability for any other damages and this is why there is a delay. I asked her why did she not call me if she states she sent an email on the 5th of November requesting such as they did have my contact number and I did not receive or note such email and I checked junk spam etc I still don't find such but sent again. Now she states it cannot be used as it only shows to their client pointing the damages and not the actual accident. I keep trying to call and they always like always in meetings, booked off I'll, year end function or lunch. I finally get a hold of a gentleman Tebogo or Teboho that works with her and he says it's a straight forward claim and I shod call him again on Thursday the 28th of November and they should have a settlement offer but to my surprise I get an email from Nadine Burgers stating Kindly note that after careful investigation of the matter by ourselves on behalf of our client we have concluded that no liability attaches to our client or the insured in this instance. The reasons for this conclusion are the following: You were reversing and reversed into our insured’s passing vehicle. The party that is travelling against the flow of traffic can only do so once they have observed and ensure that it is safe to do so. Our insured could not have anticipated nor foreseen that the accident will occur. Based on the above, there will be no settlement offer forth coming and it is advised that each party bares their own cost due to contribution of negligence. We will now proceed to close our file. Their client even sent an email to her immediately when I called again confirming he caused the accident. Now I wait as they closed due to year end functions. 45days have long passed, December is here and Panelbeaters will be closing and no reply from any of her managers
I was assured that I would have cover on my vehicle from the 1st of October by Deon from Alpine Bloemfontein and John from Santam only to find out on the 24th of October that I had not been covered since September already, tried to contact Deon Leeuw broker since the 9th of October to confirm and had to response. Responded when i stated I contacted Santam directly and they informed me I am not insured and they came up with a whole new story.
All I can say is Not Recommended. My vehicle was towed to them and approved by insurance not knowing I can insist on my own panel beater I trusted the insurance. This service provider only gives 5 year warranty on paint job and even after going up and down several times from day one and calling numerous times put the blame on client. That client is spraying or using products that are leaving marks that are there for weeks but they stated that it can be washed off with warm soapy water and a cloth and state the marks are on different places everytime but this is not true as well. After they keep car for a day and polish marks or do I don't know what marks dissappear and reappear a few weeks later and the light they replaced keeps giving problems.
