A WEEK LATER STILL NO DATA
Good day, I took out a, data sim contract in April, I received my sin on the 27th with data loaded, pro rata, on Saturday 2nd May I did not receive my new monthly top up and logged a query With MTN, to date, 5 days later my query is still nog resolved and no data received. I logged a call via Facebook which was not even acknowledged, I received and email earlier the week asking if my query has been answered but to date no resolution, leaving me to constantly buy data. Please contact me asap to have this matter resolved I tried calling the 135 number but it tells me I have made an invalid selection when I want to speak to a consultant . Kind regards Berenice Geyer

I took out a contract in October, on 29th October a R199 was , in order to have my handset shipped, on the 31st October I received an sms to say my order has been dispatched to the courier, to date I have not received anything and I have phoned the number on the sms on numerous occasions with no luck , can someone please urgently contact me regarding this issue as I am due to pay at month end and have not received anything
