Experience was good from time of collection to return of vehicle. I did 235kms and was charged for 38.2 litres of fuel amounting to R819.41, which in my opinion is a total ripoff. Contacted their accounts department on Monday 2 June 2025, they realized it's not possible and promised to refund. Today 7 June 2025, still haven't received a refund. Totally disappointed 😞
I've been using Prepaid24 for the past 10years. Their service is beyond excellence and happy to be partnering with them. Tokens are received within a minute after EFT done. Keep going and keep up the awesome service you provide.

Purchased an item in November 2022, no communication from them. On enquiring was told item is not in stock and will be refunded. To date 25 January 2023, still haven’t received the refund. All I get told via email is that it’s with the accounts department and will take 7-14 days. Useless consultants, Useless company. The name says it all “Snatcher” want to take it away for FREE. SCAMMERS
Trying since April to get REFUND. No assistance at all, Mr Andile Dunga from refunds department promised that refund will be done in 14 days time since 22nd April, 6months down the line and still waiting. Most pathetic service from a large South African Airline.
DISGUSTING SERVICE, 5 months on and still waiting for my REFUND, Like usual send emails and no one cares to reply, Tired of communicating with the refunds officer " Andile Dunga" the only reply i receive from is that it's with the refunds department and it will take 7-14 days, it's now 150 days and still waiting Can anyone at Mango Airline help.
DISCOVERY BANK, Call center employee “JUSTIN” is disgusting, no idea how to deal with clients let alone solving my query after explaining to him multiple times. Phoned last night 6 July 2020 around 19h35, couldn’t pull out my statement and promised to get back to me after retrieving same within 5 minutes, waited until 21h15 and still hadn’t call back. Is this the calibre Discovery employs? Surely he had no training in dealing with clients.
Have been dealing with Prepaid24 for the past decade, exemplary service. No issues at all. If you want hassle free service, Prepaid24 is highly recommended.
Bought tickets to fly out on 22nd April 2020, due to Covid-19 all flights were cancelled and we were under lockdown. Being over the age of 65 years we were entitled to a REFUND but was given a VOUCHER instead and this is after repeated request to Mr Andile Dunga (Refund Officer) Sent numerous mails and it just gets ignored. Tried calling on 086 1010 211 holding on for over 45 mins and still nobody seems to answer. This is beyond ridiculous.
Due to lockdown, need to cancel flights. Calls not being answered. Sent emails, response was that they will get back to me in 48 hrs. It's over 14 days and still no reply. Pathetic service
