I've been trying to obtain an account settlement letter for two weeks with cell c now and no one is helping us. The banks want it to process our Homeloan application and they are now starting to withdraw. I am now filled with hate for Cell C.
Miway thank me for being a loyal client by increasing my premium. This is after I asked them to reduce it because I am currently unemployed.

Sibanye Stillwater does not care about youth entrepreneurs or assisting them in anyway. We have gone there back and forth trying to get vendor numbers. You are greeted by the most dismissive mine engineers who write beautiful profiles on Linkedin but in reality they are just rude. The engineer at shaft 3 didn't even look at me while I was pitching my business, he looked at his computer and continued typing as if I was not there. What must we do to get these vendor number and feed our families and community?
My car got broken into and vandalized, Axsure then sent a tow truck to come tow my car. I submitted the claim a day after. Only after 8days did I get a call from the person assigned to the claim. This individual starts off by asking me if I saw the car that bumped my car, this was shocking as it clearly showed the person did not read the claim forms. 10 days pass before someone calls me asking for photos of the car, which is also shocking as the car is in their position. Next day same person calls me asking me if I know where they towed my car too, which sends me to shock because for more than two weeks Axsure did not know where my car is. They call me next day to tell me they have located the car. A week later I am still waiting for them to give me a quatation. I call and leave messages and all they say is Dion will give you a call. The most frustrating is the courtesy period is about to run out and Axsure still hasn't started work on my car. I wrote to them asking for an extension on the courtesy and my request has been ignored, I use the car to go see clients. Most frustrating, incompetent service I've ever received.
<p>Cell c called me selling me a data contract at special of R99 without telling me the contract is an open line and to my surpise i had to pay R205. I called them to complain and they said they will fix it and refund me the cash but told me to first call customer and change my contract to a top up of which i did. When they changed my contract they did not include the discount agreed upon which meant that i was now paying R199. I called them again they said they will fix all this but they still haven't</p>
