Service in Roosheuwel Kleeksdorp is thee worst. Having trouble for months. Each time a technician helps but to no avail. Only tech ever that got anywhere was Marius from Potch. But the best tech is just as good as the *** product they work with. Herotel know they have the monopoly and feel nothing!!!!!!! My data bill is more than double my Fiber bill.
No card services at Mooirivier (lane coming from Nothingham road). Thee rudest operator ever. She just told us no card go back and get cash. Had to reverse to the biltong shop to take another route. SANRAL!! No info boards when you turn onto the highway to inform you cash only If she was an employee of mine with that attitude she will be looking for some work elsewhere
FNB disconnected my Personal loan account's debit order from my main account. My payments didn't go off on my personal loan. 1st tried to solve the problem by speaking to a banker on the FNB App - Can't assist. Then phoned. Each time when they connect me with the department I need to speak to, I get disconnected. I tried my personal banker - NO HELP THERE! All reply (and SMS demands) I get is make a payment - Your credit rating is going down. Not sorry someone made a mistake. How can we help you - No! pay up (or we give you a K#K credit rating) Thank you for the help FNB - your How can we help slogan means NOTHING

Virseker (deel van Auto and General groep) - ek het ‘n weerlig skade eis 5 weke (Nou in die 6de week) ingedien. Michelle Thommas is die konsultant Wat met my eis werk. Ek het al die kwotasies en verslae 2 dae later aan hulle gestuur. Hulle het egter n ander maatskappy gestuur om die goed op te laai vir ondersoek en ver****. Tot hede het Michelle Thomas nie al die verslae of kwotasies van haar verskaffer gekry nie. 5 weke. Deeglikheid aan Viseker kant blyk nie op standaard te wees nie. Ek het haar bestuurder Vrydag geskakel. Lizette (n mede kollega) het my verseker (of Virseker) dat sy die eis gaan deurwek en VRYDAG SELF na my toe ssl terugkom. Hahaha. Leë beloftes nés Michelle. <p>I am trying to close my Telkom account.</p> <p>First of all - there are NO Link on their website for this. Trying to speak to a consultant is not a button thats working either on their website. Resopnding on several e-mails is too much trouble??</p> <p>They contacted me to upgrade to a 4meg line. They later responded that they can't help me because the nearest box is too far. Maybe in a year or so. (This after they are digging up my driveway the last two monts to install Optic Fiber).</p> <p>The current 2meg line is too slow to do the bussiness I need to. So I opted to change service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>I notified them of the cancelation, via e-mail, on the 15th September - knowing that they will need a month notice. A week before the end of month I started following up on the cancelation. NOTHING!!!! no Respone!! No communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>But Oh Boy - let me skip that payment</p>
