Bunch of *******! Placed an order over R1200 and now the website no longer exists. Can't believe I fell for that! Tried to order food for family in need. Bunch of worthless devil spawn.
This is the 2nd review as it seems I am being ignored. My account is still active after I have requested cancellation in march. I have lodged so many disputes and have not been assisted. I am at a loss as I am still receiving invoices. Here is the latest reference number AI ********** . If I still don't receive assistance I will not be making any payments. I no longer live in SA and do not want to receive incoices for services that I am not using. Please help me resolve this. This will be the last time I ask for assistance, after this I give up.
I am very disappointed by the experience I have had. I left the country in March and have requested all accounts to be closed. I had a contract upgrading in April that I asked should be cancelled. Now I received an email stating I owe over R2000.00. I don't even receive statements. Can someone please send me statements of all active accounts and advise? I have the same issue with Telkom. I am paying for services I have not been using and have requested that April to be my last debit order when contract expires. Why should I pay when someone has not put a stop to my account? Is there a way you can send me a list of disputes logged to my account? Please send to: ********** Once resolved I will rate 5 stars. I need help. I am so frustrated ans stressed. I left SA in March and have requested a cancellation via email. A few weeks ago I received an email requesting me to pay my account that is in arears. I don't feel it is fair for me to pay for a service I have not been using. How can I go about this because the person that emailed me was not very helpful.
<p>I am very upset that Samsung changed their ADH Premium warranty. I was not aware of this. Initially it covered 2 repairs over a period of 24 months. However this was reduced to 1 repair over a period of 12 months. I had subscribed to ADH last year before the changes were made. This sucks. My screen is busted and this warranty means nothing to me now. I am upgrading soon, i will not be supporting samsung any longer. I bought the 6s edge because of this warranty, i have been supporting samsung for years and now it has to come to an end. What if i buy the s8 and after 12 months my screen cracks... These phones are so fragile. Obviously this got reduced because of the costs. Why not cover for atleast 1 repair for 24 months? This is why i am not upgrading to a samsung. This warranty was perfect to attract more customers.</p>
<p>I was walking through Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley browsing for appliances as i am renovating my home. i came across a Defy dishwasher on special priced R3690. The lady in the dept told me there is one left in stock. So i decided to buy it. I wasn't planning on buying anything i was only there to compare prices. After we paid we said we would return because we were there with a car and the dishwasher would never fit. so they said i should keep my receipt and collect it at the back. Driving all the way to Krugersdorp and returning to Builders they told us that the one they have in stock is damaged. Highly ****ed off and after an arguement they told us they would get one at a different branch and send it to us on monday. Monday came and no delivery... we called the manager and he wasn't much help. so after that arguement he promised it woyld be delivered the next day... Tuesday came, got a call from the driver at 14h00 informing us he is at our house. we were at work and only arrive home after 17h00. se we had a fight with him. we called a neighbour to open the house and help the driver. I arrived home to a dishwasher that wasn't boxed... it had bird **** on it. inside the washed it was wet... ***. it doesn't close properly. the container that holds the dishwash tablet keeps popping open. i am at a loss for words. i am so dissappointed. We thought we weren't closing the it properly bla bla bla and left it. so now i am sitting with a dishwasher i wish i had never bought. I will not be shopping for expensive appliances at builders again.</p>
<p>I signed up for 8mb adsl line. After 2 months i received and sms stating i owe them over R2000. i sent an email asking what the reason for this was. a month later i received an sms i owe almost R3500. With hours of my time wasted someone was finally able to tell me that my debit order was too low. it was set at R200. why? i dont know... i payed what i owed. A few days after i apyed i received an sms stating i owe almost R900. I called telkom and said to them to fix this. This is not what i am supposed to pay per month. And a lady telkom told me it is my responsibility to ensure that telkom loads the correct debit order limit. i am so fed up with telkom. i should have listened when other warned me. this is bad customer service. bad bad bad. my account is in arrears again because still my debit order is too low. again... i give up. time to switch to mweb.</p>
<p>I cannot really say i have received bad customer service because there is none. I have tried all the contact numbers and the line gets cut off each time. They are not responding to my emails... I am not receiving my statements, so what do i do now? I want to know what I am paying for and i cannot reach Glocell. I am going to have to cancel my contracts with Glocell.</p>
