Poorest customer service ever
I received very good service when I bought my vehicle through Bloemfontein Motors. After payment was made, the lack of after sales service started from the sales manager himself. I made contact with him on various occasions. The last few months I've been in contact via WhatsApp where my messages has been read but no feedback given. I'll advise anyone strongly against buying from this company as it's beautiful promises from the start and then downhill when you seek assistance and feedback

takelot.com sucks big time
Good day Please explain why a request needs to assessed for 2 days now. ****** easy. The freakin stuff was sent incorrectly, pick it up and replace it. Someone doesn't do their properly, get rid of them. Out of 3 items I ordered one was right and that was the coffee. Item number 2 was sent incorrectly and item number 3 is broken. ***!!! I want to order more stuff but not if it's like this. Excuse the following but it can't be put otherwise. Service is up to ****.

Als het glad verloop vandat 1ste keer met #Philip van Blerk begin onderhandel het. Volgens my het die algehele papierwerk proses net bietjie lank gevat maar als is op die einde van die dag uit gesorteer
