Dishonest Thieving Business Ordered online. Many items apparently out of stock. Delaying my refund. Shipped Items were stale. Avoid this company. Never again
<p>Dear Bloemfontein Consumers,<br />In the interest of fair and honest business practices, stay away from the above company.<br />I brought my laptop in for repairs as it was not working without the charger plugged in. Th repair technician first quoted R2000 to repair. We then settled on 1400. He claimed everything was fixed and working. Went to his premises in Fleurdal to collect, he demonstrated everything was working, I asked about battery issue, he said all working just need to charge the battery, took my money. When I get home charge the machine for 3 hours, nothing fixed, same problem. All he did was format my laptop, lose my data and reinstall the OS. For 1400! Daylight robbery. WHen contacted telephonically or with SMS, nothing but the silent treatment. Take your business elsewhere.<br />If you are reading this and are affiliated to Futuremark, do the right thing and refund my money.</p>
<p>Im a Cell c subscriber with a device from Cell C. On the 20/09/2016, my phone can not make calls, so I take it in to a Cell C store, after a month at Cell Cs repair centre, I learn that my phone has been blacklisted by a Louisa Oost from Vodacom. On the 10/10/2016 I complete an unblacklisting form and submit at the Vodacom Store at Mimosa mall, bloemfontein. </p> <p>Its now almost 4 months - nothing from VC</p> <p>The following customer service references : EC-04IL-20A9FC</p> <p>EC-0BDO-3KNY85</p> <p>EC-0BDO-3KN411</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service</p> <p> </p>
<p>On the 25/09 I hand my hansdet in at the Cell C Store at Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein. Elgin checks it in. The terminal inexplicitly is unable to make voice calls, yet works a charm on data calls. Elgin was stumped, seems the first time a cutomer brings in an IMEI- blocked terminal.</p> <p>Phone sits for days, which turn into weeks with daily telephonic followups to all types of call centre agents with promise after empty promise of resolution. No follow ups...</p> <p>I then one fateful day , during a routine followup learn that my handset has been blacklisted by Vodacom, apparently a Ms. Maile Maphee (Cell C) received the blocking confirmation email, which contains the incorrect IMEI! The reason for blocking being "non payment".</p> <p>Cell C promptly and efficiently proceed to blacklist my device at 12 years of being a diligent paying customer. No call. No Notification. I am sick and tired of this attitude of empty insincere promises from this pathetic company and its pathetic employees </p>
