I was gifted a gift card to Sunglass Hut and when I wanted to redeem it, was told that it had expired. If a gift card expires, I would suggest that the expiry date is clearly shown on the item and not hidden is small print somewhere that is not obvious and that does not even mention any dates. Very disappointing. I will never purchase from them.
The company was very quick and friendly with a quote. I paid the 80% deposit a month ago and it has still not been installed. The original installation date (2 weeks wait) was postponed and now nobody in the company is getting back to me on email, WhatsApp, land line or cellphone
After an abysmal new client experience, Telkom have managed to get even worse. I am renovating and need the fibre line moved to a different Openserve box and after 40 calls, visits to stores, chats and emails over the course of 3 months, they all say that it can't be done or drop the call or just close the ticket they opened without notifying me. All except for one lady that says that I should cancel my service, pay the cancellation penalties and then reapply. I will be cancelling the service as advised, but will be taking my business elsewhere. What a joke. Don't use them for fibre under any circumstances
<p>When I ordered doors for my kitchen cupboards and cupboard structures for elsewhere, the structures were listed individually on the invoice so I could check them before paying. However, the cupboard doors were all listed together with one square meterage amount, which I obviously couldn't check. I paid assuming that my verbal instructions were adhered to. When the cupboard doors arrived, there were a whole lot of additional cupboard doors that I had never requested. They say I wasn't specific enough, whereas I say that they made a mistake. They agreed to take them back in order to sell them for me, as they couldn't refund me!!!!! I agreed because they said that they were a popular spec and would go quickly. It has now been almost a year and I am still waiting for even one door to have been sold. Shocking service. They should really update their system so that cleints can see what their sales agents are capturing. Why should the client pay for items that they don't want without any way of checking?</p>
