The customer service at the Pineslopes pick up point is absolutely disgusting. We often chose to collect rather than deliver for the pure fact that it is a lot faster to receive your orders. However, I went today to collect an order and simply asked if someone could please help me carry the heavy box to my car as I was a woman on my own, only to get told “no we cannot, if you don’t want to carry you must ask for delivery” I think this customer service is DISGUSTING especially when the entrance is a couple of meters away from the parking lot. It does not take much effort for one of your staff to assist a customer to carry an extremely heavy box to the car!! Sort your customer service out!!! SHOCKING!!!!
I ordered a desk and a bookshelf on the 29 of May 2020. On 15 June 2020 I tried calling them 4 times but could not get through!! Their so called helpline just rings, I eventually got through to be told that THEY CANT FIND MY ORDER and that someone would contact me - no one ever did or has since !!! On 22 June 2020 I then attempted to contact the mom via Facebook to find out where exactly my order and eventually got a response 2 days later - again ONLY TO BE TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME.... it’s been now 6 DAYS later and still NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!!! I have spent nearly R2000 now and no one knows where my order is and the customer support is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! Such stunning furniture is being let down by the poor management of DecoFurn! This place is honestly PATHETIC!!!
<p>On Sunday the 6/11/2016, my boyfriend and I decided to go get all you can eat sushi at Tataki Fourways. We had arrived and went to go sit at the sushi bar. We waited for a bout 20 minutes and decided to just start eating the sushi, another 15 minutes later I had to call someone to assist me with some drinks and ordering of sushi. As we sat waiting for our sushi, there were about 3 flies sitting on the Salmon and Tuna while the Guys were prepping it, they did nothing about the flies not even Shoo them away, I think that is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic!!!! We then waiting almost 45 minutes for our sushi and then decided to ask for the bill which took another 15 min... needless to say that there were about 6 waiters and only about 4 tables of guests... this is terrible and from today's experience I will not be going back in a hurry!!!!</p>
