We were told to be seated. Wait. Wait. Waiters don't pitch. I flag down a waiter. I ask for service. Finally takes order. Wait. We haven't been given cutlery. Wait. Finally get order. Afterwards waiter never pitches again unless I go and ask them to. This place has gone downhill and it breaks my heart.

Consistently the worst service. I’ve been frequenting this place with the good sushi; but HORRIBLE staff. Absolutely disgusting place. Walked in and the waitresses were all screaming over their lungs to each other. After 5mins of just waiting, looked at the menu stuck on the counter and ordered a chilli beef at R69. The waitress rang up R75. I pointed her to the menu showing R69. She calls the Asian guy making the sushi. He walks over, looks at the menu stuck on the counter and goes back to his sushi belt. I'm just standing there waiting to pay. Close to 8mins pass and I tell the waitress that I'd like to pay. She screams at the Asian chef who then screams back R75. Really? So I waste 15mins of my time standing there like an ass while these disgusting people cannot price or have the decency or courtesy to communicate to me, the customer?! This place is pathetic. Avoid at all costs. It is a sh*t station.

Terrible experience with the Branch close to Monty casino. My sushi was delivered with a hair on it and when I told the chef that I’m not eating the whole platter he got so angry. Threw the entire sushi platter into the bin and stormed out of the room restaurant. They also didn’t replace the same number of pieces that was on the platter.... very poor service and I do not recommend them nor will I eat here again!!!

<p>On Sunday the 6/11/2016, my boyfriend and I decided to go get all you can eat sushi at Tataki Fourways. We had arrived and went to go sit at the sushi bar. We waited for a bout 20 minutes and decided to just start eating the sushi, another 15 minutes later I had to call someone to assist me with some drinks and ordering of sushi. As we sat waiting for our sushi, there were about 3 flies sitting on the Salmon and Tuna while the Guys were prepping it, they did nothing about the flies not even Shoo them away, I think that is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic!!!! We then waiting almost 45 minutes for our sushi and then decided to ask for the bill which took another 15 min... needless to say that there were about 6 waiters and only about 4 tables of guests... this is terrible and from today's experience I will not be going back in a hurry!!!!</p>

Good day<br> <br> On the 28th July 2015 me and my friend had lunch at Tataki Fourways. We ordered Beef Foo Young. While we had our lunch we found a coach roach in the take away box. We reported it directly to the manager of Tataki and he confronted the kitchen staff. The kitchen staff then blame us the client for putting the coach roach in the food. Where in the hell will we have a coach roach on ourselves to place it in our own food, while their was plenty of staff members around us.<br> <br> Please people think twice before visiting Tataki Oriental Cuisine - Fourways in the future.
