Terrible experience with the Branch close to Monty casino. My sushi was delivered with a hair on it and when I told the chef that I’m not eating the whole platter he got so angry. Threw the entire sushi platter into the bin and stormed out of the room restaurant. They also didn’t replace the same number of pieces that was on the platter.... very poor service and I do not recommend them nor will I eat here again!!!
I am disgusted at Truworths and their account collections team. I will be cutting up my Truworths card immediately and I will not shop there again. The clothes have standard designs, common quality and are tremendously over priced. <br> Their systems also take a ridiculous time period to update, as i paid my account online on Monday and have had 4 phone calls since. its been 4 days!
I HAVE HAD A TELKOM UNLIMITED CONTRACT FOR SOME TIME AND WHEN CELL C LAUNCHED THE SAME OFFER FOR R 999, I CALLED INTO TELKOM TO CANCEL 4 TIMES!!! THEY THREATENED WITH HIGH CANCELLATION FEES. AFTER THE 2ND CALL I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A CALL CENTRE AGENT BASED IN CAPE TOWN. THIS CLOWN PROMISED TO STRUCTURE A DEAL THAT GAVE ME VALUE TO STAY AND I AGREED. THE DEAL WAS TO MOVE TO THE LIGHT PACKAGE AND THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME ADDITIONAL DATA OF 3G. THIS WAS NOT DONE AND I CALLED IN TO CANCEL AGAIN. TELKOM REFUSED TO PROCESS THE CANCELLATION AND I WAS MIGRATED BY THABANI FROM CRESTA ONTO THE LIGHT PACKAGE 2 MONTHS AGO. I AM NOW PAYING R 1400 FOR MY CONTRACT VERSES THE INITIAL R 1200. DURING THIS TIME TELKOM REVISED THEIR PRICING OPTIONS TO MATCH CELLC. I CALLED IN AND WENT TO THE CRESTA STORE TO MOVE TO THE R 999 OPTION AND THEY REFUSED SAYING THAT THE POLICY IS THAT A CLIENT NEEDS TO BE ON A CONTRACT FOR 3 MONTHS AND IF THEY CHANGE ITS A MIGRATION WHICH WILL COME AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I HAVE ALREADY PAID TO DOWNGRADE TO THE LIGHT OPTION AT R 599 AND I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED FOR THIS. TELKOM'S BILLING STRUCTURE SUCKS!!! AND LETS NOT MENTION THE COVERAGE ISSUES.
I submitted my Samsung S4 Zoom to have the screen replaced. Technicians at Samsung took the phone which needed a screen replaced and returned it with a broken camera lense. ....AFTER 4 WEEKS OF KEEPING THE PHONE. I had to buy a cheap android phone in the interim, because Samsung were moving warehouses and had an apparent burglary so they had a backlog. I accommodated for Samsung's issues by buying another phone to use in the interim, but I will not accommodate for their poor service and lack of professionalism. I received the phone back today and without notice that the camera lenze has been completely broken.
