Do yourself a huge favour - and STAY AWAY from this online platform. It is a total joke. As many users here have mentioned, the platform simply does not work. When you do eventually manage to make payment - you will receive an email stating they do not have stock and will cancel your order. Yet, these items remain on their website - and even promoted as SALE items. Total JOKE! Stay away. If you thought Cielo is bad, this Bash makes them look good.
Should have seen the signs when we were asked to visit a ***** warehouse to view mattresses. The only reason we wanted to purchase a Serta mattress was due to the excellent older Serta mattress we had. Needless to say, since December 2022, this "new" Serta mattress has collapsed twice. The new new story from Lylax is that they cannot refund the purchase as the staff conducted a *****ulent transaction. This company is a ***** through and through. Be warned. They are merely using the Serta name. The mattresses are below acceptable quality and are ****.
Online order placed on 8-April. Today is the 21st April. I am tired of calling your call center and emailing you and being told the same tired story that the driver could not reach me? How does Aramex and the Courier Guy deliver daily and you cannot? Stop the nonsense. Where is the delivery? Absolutely disgusting what you have become.
Exactly as other posters have said - this place is a SCAM. Avoid at all lengths. We placed the order here online on recommendation from the school. That was on the 16/JDec. Today is more than a month later and not a single word from this so called shop. Don't bother calling or emailing them also - the company does not exist. I'm actually surprised how other posters got so far to even discuss refunds with them! Pathetic and appalling does not even begin to describe the level of this "shop". Money down the drain.
Friday 21h00. Pinehurst Durbanville. What's the point of staying open if you have no chicken to sell? And when you do have chicken, what's the point of having a drive through if you must still go inside the store to collect yr order? Appalling. Really.
Bedfordview: be warned, the disgusting man at the grill is handling all ingredients with his bare dirty hands. He touches the cheese, bacon and patty with his bare hands. Then makes the burger with the same hand he just scratched himself with. For the past 3 months, we have walked out of this branch every time we walked in after bringing to the store's attention this filthy practice. There is no manager here.
Please be warned that this airline is a fraud and totally unable to offer services you pay for. This is the second time in a space of 6months that they are not able to allocate a paid and pre-booked seat. Everytime their excuse is "system error". Really? You would think that an airline would have proper software and process to assign a pre-booked seat. Not this bunch of scammers. Best you fly any other airline and not this bunch. Putrid and pathetic non-service. Their whatsapp service centre still had the nerve to say "I have seen you have checked-in" For the love of Christ, why can you not offer a proper service which was purchased?
How is this possible? Avis charges a R30 e-toll admin fee for a R6.50 toll charge? Can somebody make this make sense?! Unbelievable.
Absolutely disgusting place. Walked in and the waitresses were all screaming over their lungs to each other. After 5mins of just waiting, looked at the menu stuck on the counter and ordered a chilli beef at R69. The waitress rang up R75. I pointed her to the menu showing R69. She calls the Asian guy making the sushi. He walks over, looks at the menu stuck on the counter and goes back to his sushi belt. I'm just standing there waiting to pay. Close to 8mins pass and I tell the waitress that I'd like to pay. She screams at the Asian chef who then screams back R75. Really? So I waste 15mins of my time standing there like an ass while these disgusting people cannot price or have the decency or courtesy to communicate to me, the customer?! This place is pathetic. Avoid at all costs. It is a sh*t station.
Visited the TWT Bedford Centre and was super impressed with the service offered by Antoon and team. Please keep it up buddy!
