I made a purchase online, received the items in a pathetic homemade packaging; not convinced the items were new. I then logged a return, so far I followed up three times, told the case will be escalated as usual but no results. I can't even get my refund. Such a big store, such cases shouldn't be resolve on first attempt. Pathetic service!

<p>Online chat with Bonitas consultants is always terrible. They take looooooooooooooooooooong to respond, you always have to ask, 'are you still there?', and yet after every chat even if you rate 'very bad or 1, you still wonder if there is someone doing all the follow ups on every ratings, because clearly no one cares. Your online chats sucks.</p>
