<p>I had the winning bid on various items on an auction (invoice dated 28-Feb-17) which included a Gregorian Writing Bureau. The terms of the auctions are that the purchaser has to pay within 4 days which I failed to do. I did however make paying arrangements with the auctioneer, Andrew Lewis. I paid the invoice in full by 28-Mar-17. Since then I have been trying to get their help with regards to the postage/courier of the items to Cape Town, with no success. I've seen and enquired about the Gregorian Writing Bureau being auctioned again 11 May 2017 - no response received. I sent an email yesterday, 16 May 2017, and followed it up with a telephone call this morning, 17 May 2017. Andrew Lewis was very rude and accused me of being a bad person, bad paying customer, etc and also said he won't do business with me and will also tell other auctioneers not to do business with me. All I want is for Nicholglen Auctioneers to provide detail of number and size of ALL items and boxes that I have paid for so that I can arrange for a courier to collect ALL my goods.</p>

<p>My sign-on for internet banking was changed to use my new cheque card - now I cannot use cellphone banking. A call was logged but it is more than a month and after numerous follow-ups, nothing has been done to fix the problem. I have the reference number of the logged call. Extremely inconvenient!</p>
