DO NOT BOOK CASALINGA FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!! We had the most horrendous wedding experience with Casalinga Organic Farm. We paid upfront per person for our wedding food. The menu included starters whereby guests could choose an option and get 3 small plates per option chosen (mini platter). We had even paid for a food tasting (before the wedding date) whereby the food provided to us would be food for our wedding day. On the evening of the wedding (4 December 2021), guests did not receive the 3 plates. Instead, they received one plate of the mini platter. Guests complained to us after the wedding that the menu (which is Casalinga's event menu) did not materialize. I.e. they did not receive all the platters. Instead, they received a tiny plate as starters. The last thing you want is your guests leaving hungry. Casalinga has refused to take accountability for this. They have not refunded us and refused this even though all our guests can vouch as witnesses. We have been waiting 8 months for this to be resolved. I am disgusted by this type of "service". If you are considering using Casalinga as your wedding venue - please look elsewhere!

That is the plate that each guest received as a starter. It's an absolute joke.
We have no internet and our phone lines are not working. They are not replacing the cables but have NOT offered an interim solution even though we are on a contract. How is it legal to not provide a service and yet expect us to continue paying for a non-existent service? We are unable to get fibre and LTE is too expensive. Telkom needs to provide a solution because they are in BREACH of the contract.
<p>Telkom does not reply to any emails. that we have sent. We have been paying for 4Mbps but are only receiving 1Mbps . This is beyond unfair and unethical! The correct thing is for Telkom to fix the issue and give a refund due to their incompetence!!! </p>
