Worst service ever borderline theft Gave me the wrong phone took it back and still charging me the new contact rate !! I’m seeking legal action against them given excuses how long an online company will take to cancel my contract How can it take 3 months to cancel a contract I never wanted !! After you took the phone back Ridiculous
Do not get a contract via rewardsco with mtn Just to add they cold called me not the other way around. Didn’t ask for an upgrade They call you and tell you you due for an upgrade then they offer you one phone and deliver another in hopes you just accept it , when you don’t accept it ,and want to cancel your contract because they have not stuck to their side of the contract you stuck with paying for the new contract for 2 months until they cancel it even after they’ve collected the wrong phone back ! (shows the inefficiency of this company !) so you sit without the phone you actually wanted but still paying for the contract too , ridiculous service ! I don’t understand how an online company can take this long to turnaround a cancellation and expect the customer to keep chasing the cancellation they didn’t even want and pay for the new contract until they bladdy cancel it it’s not been a month and a half ! So to me it’s all a **** ! Dont get any contracts with rewards co , im going this get resolved which then I’ll move to Vodacom thanks ! To add when you phone mtn they say they can do nothing because they didn’t do an upgrade ! Why outsource to a company who can’t do the job! Use your own people mtn !
Don’t get WiFi with Vodacom They simply can’t provide a service Despite two weeks of complaining of slow speed and speed tests to prove it I get told speed tests are acceptable I pay for 20 mpts downloading speed and my speed tests show 11,15,16 how is that acceptable !? Despite two weeks of complaints Many calls Escalations Told I’ll get call back twice and still waiting And low and behold it still takes more than two minutes to download a picture on Instagram when this was never a problem before I have had zero help No technician come out to see for themselves They cannot provide a service
<p>Despite CELLSURE agreeing that they are chargng me incorrectly (at no point did i sign a contract for any insurance with them whatsoever) they still to date are chargIng me R258 every month and have not credited me fully , im now going on to 6 months of this problem without resolution!</p> <p>Despite numerous calls, emails, escalations to CellSure and vodacom who keep telling me month on month they have sorted this out and cancelled a contract i never signed up for low and behold i get charged each time i get my monthly invoice! This is theft! and Vodacom isnt willing to help me either and keep telling me i need to talk to cellsure who arent returning my mails or calls because they simply cant fix the problem! </p> <p>Vodacom you are losing your customers thanks to poor service from cellsure! and whats worse is you are not willing to help your own cutomers with an ongoing unresolved issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have proof of mails and names of people whom i keep calling and sending emails and still nothing! </p> <p>6 months and ongoing </p> <p>I just got a cancellation quote from VODACOM and i am moving to cell c ,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
