i have escalated this matter Nags Govender - discovery has decided to short pay me. ref 6946928176 - i choose this specialist based on the adviise your call centre. I was told i can see any gynae and maternity benefit will cover everything. I have a milliion times between 18 Dec up till my actual appointment on the 29th Jan 2020. Please note i still don't have cent from discovery to date mind you my claim was submitted on the 29th Jan 2020. today is the 14th Feb which is when you said you will pay out my money and now you want you short change me. Your call centre clearly needs product training and I WILL NOT BE PENALISED for your own incompetency. I want all my money back R 3627.00.
to dr ej moloi you have no respect for your patients - we hd an appointment with and you were a no show and your useless receptionist ayanda did very little to inform us that you are not evening coming to the office. I am going to make sure no one wastes money & time like we did. I want my money back of R 195.00 for wasting out. I have emailed your ayanda and still no feedback. I want my money - you prctice is a joke. I have lodged a complaint to legalmed about your no show to our appointment.
i submitted claims last week wednesday with disc claims - it is 8 days later no money no phone call from disc claims - i have been calling all week and even got my claim escalated yesterday and according to Mindy/Lindy Bogenbull the client relations persons that nothing has been done to process my claim,. I stil have bills to pay - my son has been going to school without breakfast or lunch this whole week. what kind of a joke is discovery playing - my family is starving., i have bills i still need to pay. I did the mistake of trusting you to do your job on time. My query has exceeded turnaround. in my 16yrs of using your service this is by far the most disgusting experience. I am in my 3rd trimester and i have not had any decent food since Tuesday evening because i have been waiting for them to pay me my money. if ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY UNBORN CHILD BECAUSE YOUR STAFF IS SLACKING OR RATHER THE BUSINESS DID NOT PREPARE FOR THE NEW YEARs' RUSH - THEN I I WLL SUE YOU TILL KINGDOM COME - i WANT MY MONEY now YOU HAVE HAD 8DAYS TO PROCESS MY CLAIM BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHY MY CLAIM HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED. i want the truth .. why are you NOT doing your job. No wonder specialists never want to deal with discovery - it is clear you are making way too much money because this should not be happening in the first place.

And if I don’t hear from you today, I will cancel my debit order and pay you when I do actually get my invoices on time from you. I am logging a complaint against with the national credit act division because you are ruining my record with pure incompetency, lies, no accountability and irresponsible. I have been complaining for the last 12months straight without fail and still cellc is producing less than average service with a clueless call centre. You are in breached of the contract I signed with you and I have 12mnths worth of proof of how your nonchalant less has cost me and family – my ability to put food on the table. Because you keep taking other creditors’ money. looking at you HQ - this is your sloppy mess!!!
Going on 10 months I am still struggling to get my email statements from cellc. After numerous calls for the 10 months have reaped no rewards where you are concerned. WHY HAVE YOU NOT FIXED THIS ISSUE????? Your company is putting finance under extreme pressure to a point where i Cannot feed my family. Please tell me why on Earth should I continue with cellc as a service provider, your agents don't care nor does those useless teamleader. They all made empty promises and till this date i have to call you to receive statement which i need to claim with my employer. Please get retention to call me so I can find out how it will cost me to settle this account. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - YOU HAD 10 MONTHS TO RESOLVE - CLEARLY YOU DONT CARE CAUSE YOU MAKING TOO MUCH MONEY. I am moving over to Rain at least there is accountability and customer service.
WHERE IS MY STATEMENT FOR December 2018??????????????????// I told you cellc will never disappoint … one should expect this by now. 2018 is you worst year by far when it comes to customer service. You said you were going to call back…. Guess what I am still waiting for that call back and my email statements/invoice to be sent to mailbox via an automated service. I am now on the phone HOLDING for 12mins in counting…….. Nothing has come through to date and note since I was not able to submit my claims by the 5th. Cellc note you won’t have funds for December 2018. You will deducted that amount end of January 2019. If I am not able to claim on time then you DON'T GET TO CLAIM YOUR MONEY EITHER. You have created a colossal mess for me which is affecting my ability to eat. WELL DONE Cellc for another empty promises broken and i know the issue is with your systems. Theodorah i am still waiting for your call - issue continues, my money is still affected as result as a results I am now in talks with my attorney at this stage My troubles started when you made changes without informing your customers and I last received my statements/invoices on the 1st of May 2018. Right now I am holding because I need my statements – adding you hellopeter and ensure SA consumers are aware of how careless you have been with my account. I never agreed to these changes nor was I informed of the changes which clearly was internal change but you forgot to inform your customer….so tell me why I have not received any statement/invoices for the last 6months? WHY AM I CALLING YOU EVERY MONTH TO SEND ME EMAIL STATEMENT???????? PLEASE NOTE I CALLED 084 140, REQUESTED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND I AM ON THE PHONE FOR 22 MINS IN COUNTING and now I have been holding for over 25mins not even Telkom SA rolls like this. The saga continues... your staff is useless and lack listening s****s and rude . I have been complaining about not receiving automated email statement for the last 6mnths and to date which is costing me money i don't have. I use my personal cellphone for work and my employee pays for my cellphone which I have to claim using the email statement/invoices to submit, I was told this is resolved never mind that no one called me to follow up and confirm resolution if I am still experiencing the same issue. I am at a point where I looking to take legal action as Cell C you are in breach. I never asked to change my preferences as to how i receive my statement/invoices but yet here were are. The lady I just spoke was rude, did not listen and offered me a solution that will her life better. I have had the worst experience with you Cell C and i have had.... employing people who don't even know or understand their own product. I am utterly disgusted by your performance in the last month and your call centre is by far the worst of call centre i have had to deal with .. which was not always the case. You have ensure my record, credit profile/score go lower. Why on earth would I spend another cent to this SP which clearly cannot identify good customers. The team leader i spoke to as well was just as well useless ....he did exactly what the call centre agent did. I want to speak to someone in senior management. If I don't get my invoices/statement on the 1st of each month like I always have been then I unable to claim from my employer and in turn Cell C does not get this money. Please note November payment should be deducted on the 15 December 2018 because you failed once again to provide me with statement/invoice on time and I warned you last month that this would happen again!!!?!??! I have logged numerous call even some were addressed to your IT department to investigate this issue. Zero results from you. You are clearly making too much $$$ off us consumer.
7 months later the same issue exist, still no email statement or invoice for my contract - cell c you are by far the most useless SP i have dealt with you have surpassed Voda - well done. This is clearly a system issue but I keep getting *****ed by you and your lies. you have no idea what you doing and care that cell c made my family starved in October due to incompetency, no accountability. we starved in October because you went and made changes without informing the customer. Infoslip shows that the last time i was issued/sent an invoice/statement was in May including email statement. Right now I am speaking to Nadien Booyfen the supervisor and she claims cellc does not do that. then please explain to me how is it that i have been receiving my invoice/statement since day 1 of signing up with you. This is a complete breach of trust and contract as I stipulated how I want my statements/invoices from you to be sent to my mailbox. DONT USE CELLC THEY MAKE PROMISE THEY CANNOT KEEP - i did not sign a contract with infoslip i signed with cellc . Now I am being told about backoffice needs to check that i receive my statements/invoice to my mailbox. mY FAMILY is going to starve in december because cellc is slacking after 7months querying the same thing -it seems they did nothing at all. Calling out all South Africans - if you don't want to starve DON'T USE CELLC SERVICES THEY THEMSELVES DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND HOW THEIR OWN SYSTEMS. I want to cancel my services with you I am done trying to get this resolved by a bunch of accoutable idiots - your supervisor useless and you call centre are even worse - 7 months later you still don't why you have stopped sending me my invoices/statements on the 1st of each - the last time i received 1 was in May 2018.???? You have fixed absolutely nothing your bunch liars - you have *****ed with my profile ....Please note should cellc not be able to claim their monthly installed come end of November 2018 you should know that you are responsible as i missed my deadline to submit claims with my employer and YOU WILL NOT DISCONNECT MY LINES because again you did not do your job.
