What a thoroughly unethical company. Im still waiting for my refund on faulty goods they sent, and now they’re swerving all over the place - emails ignored. Phone bot working. Steer clear!!
They supplied goods which are faulty and are now being evasive about collecting them and refunding me

Ive been interested in Discovery Bank for a while, and have casually browsed their website. Then, this past week, and incident with my existing bank had me completely enraged - The best part though was that I had an alternative: NOW! NOW was the time I was going to switch to Discovery bank.... I downloaded the app and went through the signup process .... and .... I get told that im in a queue of 12000 people. Tallk about being a sense of deflation.... Oh well - the good news is that FNB managed eventually to get their act together and changed me from my existing useless godawful private banker, to someone who seems to know what theyre doing... Crisis averted - no further need to join Discovery bank then eh?
We sadly have tradepage as our google service provider. - staff are utterly ignorant about the techical aspects of their solution - tickets and calls are not responded to - management are permanently “in meetings”
