This morning I got a call from one of their agents regarding one of my claims (cellphone) and the lady by the name of Mbali reacted so badly to me only that I asked her a question,. What I don't know is that I wasn't supposed to ask a question. I believe they are recording calls. If it's possible one listen to the recording may, I know we customs sometimes we are difficult. But to my issue I don't think so. Please can you train you staff their temper please.
<p>I bought a car last week on the 17/01/17 .and i collected it .now i was given a temporary pemit but i explained to them that this car would be for business i need to register it with a disc then they say i must check Thursday .i went to them and the sales man said friday .friday came nothing .then monday with excuses today also i have been told i have to wait for his call.</p> <p>My problem is i have been given 25/01/17 as my last day to bring the papers the car if not then I'm out of business. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me maybe they take me serious</p> <p> </p>
<p>Last week i complained about service i got from multi choice and they connected my services and again today it is suspended again this means for the month i have to keep phoning multi choice and sending the proof of payments</p>
<p>My i paid my monthly subscription but my account has been close three times .and sending them the proof of payment. </p>
