Just wow.
Yoh my bru. This website makes as if they discounting real perfumes. Then when you buy into the trap they tell you that their perfumes are not **** it’s parallel import. They smell nothing like the original perfume and they won’t give you a refund in fact they will just ghost you. Full on **** zero care for you or your money. Stay away rather spend your money where people tell you it’s **** but at least it smells like the actual thing. This was a whoops on my side should have read the reviews before I bought. So sad that there are businesses out there like this.

Completely ignored by snatcher on defect item
I have returned a product to your firm 3 weeks ago. No response from snatcher on the update of the return, I have sent about 5 emails to which are completely ignored. Surely you guys can do better than that?

Do not buy goods from this online retailer
I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner from this online store. I reported the device to be faulty within the warantee period and let me tell you this company is not willing to provide after sales service. If you are a consumer who is concerned about warranty s and guarantees, do not purchase from this retailer as they do not provide great support at all. My query is being educated to the ombudsman this is how bad it is.

Overpriced, dirty, old fashion chalet
<p>This is an email regarding our experience staying at the Mont Aux Sources Chalets in Drakensburg.</p> <p>Upon searching for accommodation to let in the web, I came across this resort, it looked appealing via the website with all the modern pictures and luxury promises.</p> <p>Little did we know we were in for a surprise: the rooms were outdated and old. The furniture is so old that it is tearing and stained-</p> <p>upon arrival, the unit was considered unsanitary- the dustbin was present with a broken lid, the towels were brown and dirty, the bedding has stains and most advertised amenities were not present. We had to phone reception at least 5 times. There was no braai on site as per the adverti*****t, the fireplace was not operational as per the adverti*****t, the double bed was actually two single beds uncomfortably pushed together. The bathroom is so old that the bath is stained and the curtains were slimey. The list may continue- including the adverti*****t for the buffet dinner- completely over advertised. The dinner had a small range of home cooked meals- in an awkward dining room with no music.</p> <p>I am absolutely disappointed and shocked by the mis lead advertising, and lack of hospitality we experienced at this resort. It is completely unacceptable, to be in a dirty environment for any price.</p> <p> </p>
