Bad experience with Tanika Glancey. Appointment was made for 21st Feb, Saturday 10am, when we arrived agent was not there, when we tried to call, the whatsapp calls were unavailable and normal calls went straight to voicemail. When finally receiving a response, all it was, was a pin location, for Ravenswood boksburg, meanwhile the property we were wanting to view is in Lambton/Albermarle. When we informed them that the location is wrong, we received no response and phones calls were still ignored.

On the 30th Nov 2025 my electricity was depleted . When I tried to purchase I learned that my meter had been suspended as per instruction from my managing agent Maslow Realty to our electricity provider Idealprepaid. They instructed Idealprepaid to suspend my meter because my levies are outstanding. I wrote to the ombudsman and now have a CSOS case number who ruled for my meter to be immediately reinstated no later than 26 Nov 2025 as it is ******* to disconnect my electricity only the council may do so through a court order if I'm owing the council. Due to my outstanding levies my electricity meter was suspended by Maslow and not by the councilor or supplier. Dispite this order Maslow Realty and Idealprepaid have ignored this order. After several emails from Idealprepaid to Maslow Realty requesting permission to unsuspend the meter as a court order is inforce to unsuspend my meter, upon no reply Idealprepaid unsuspended my meter and advised Maslow and myself of their decision and I was able to purchase and load electricity on 10 Dec 2025. The very next day 11 December 2025 Maslow reinstructed Idealprepaid to again suspend my meter. I've had no reply from them why they again did this dispite my standing court order. They continue to defy the court order issued in November. If the current electricity I purchased gets depleted I will once again be unable to purchase and load electricity as Maslow has given instruction to Idealprepaid to suspend my meter.

Idealprepaid receive instructions from managing agent Maslow to suspend electricity meter. I have reported both the managing agent Maslow and Idealprepaid to the ombudsman. An order of court was given case number stated below for my meter to be immediately unsuspended as they have no right to interfere with my electricity unless the order to suspend my electricity comes from the high court. Dispite such such an order from the ombudsman, Idealprepaid and Maslow have failed to reinstate my meter. This order was issued on the 25th November 2025 only on the 10th December was my Meyer unblocked by Idealprepaid after they followed up several times with Maslow for feedback on whether to unsuspend my electricity metre or not. Upon no reply from Angie Fisher and Nicole Breytenbach Amedeo Milo customer service manager from Idealprepaid advised my meter has been unsuspended. I was able to purchase electricity on 10 December 2025 finally after not having electricity since 1November 2025. On the 11 December a day after my Meyer was suspended Amedeo informed me that Maslow has once again instructed Idealprepaid to suspend my Meyer. I once again am unable to buy electricity dispute to court order that clearly states the managing and Idealprepaid may never again in future interfere with my meter and to make sure it is in working condition unless they have a court order to suspend my electricity which they do not have as they are not Eskom or COJ or council and have no right to deprive me of electricity.

I had an appointment to view a property, for 2 weeks, this lady’s has never been available to assist in time and when it was time to view she tells me the unit is rented. And not to forget that she never answered once my call.

If there was a negative rating, I'd rate negative million. These people have cut off electricity for people *******ly. No court order, no warning in the middle of winter. The debtor Nicole Breytenbach is so rude when we enquire about the ******* power cut. They have no empathy and don't follow the law. Very ****ty service.

Good morning, I am not happy at all with the services of Maslow. I own a unit at Sunset Boulevard (114), Sonneveld Brakpan Maslow has been sending me a water and sewerage bill for an incorrect unit since August (2024/07/01 - 2024/08/01). I have questioned this bill since August 2024. The Estate Manager has been to the unit to check for leaks, none were found. The tenant (only four people live in the unit) has never reported any leaks to me. On the 22nd of December my electricity box was blocked. On the 23rd I went to the complex because the electricity was blocked and there was a small water leak under the sink. The Estate Manager showed me a water meter which was running non-stop as belonging to my unit. This confused me because the water at my unit was shut, the tenants were not using the water and there were no visible water leaks (except for the small leak under the sink) but the water meter was running. The Estate Manager insisted the water meter belong to my unit and that there was a leak (the small leak under the sink) in my unit. The same day the water leak under the sink was fix but the meter kept on running the whole time. On the 24th of December, I made the Estate Manager aware that I called in a plumber to check and that the water meter might belong not belong to my unit. He asked me if the plumber was registered, I did not know if my plumber was registered so I did not pursue the matter further. On the 27th of December, I went to the complex with the Plumber suggested by the Estate Manager which I assume is registered. The water meter was still running non-stop despite the water leak under the sink being fixed. The plumber confirmed that there was no leak inside the unit and the meter which was shown to me and which I am billed does not belong to me but to the unit below me. The plumber phone the Estate Manager to tell him his findings. My electricity box was restored the same day because The Estate Manager informed every one of the mistakes. On the 2nd of January, I wrote a detailed emailed and I also phoned Maslow, I was told the Accounts Department is closed. The Estate Manager send an email on the 6th of January, I was the only one who responded and none of the Maslow representative responded to the email. Today the 21st of January, I get a statement which is not corrected and still reflect the incorrect water usage. When I phoned Maslow, I am being asked questions such as - What did the Estate Manager say to me? What did the Estate Manager advise me? I did everything I was told and advice - what more do I need to do? I am not the one who switched the water meter, I do not take water readings every month. If what I am saying is incorrect, why was the electricity restored because I have not paid the water bill. My request is as follows: Can I kindly get my water bill from August 2024 until January 2025. I would like this to be resolved this month. I am tired of playing this game. Regards,
