Bad experience with Tanika Glancey. Appointment was made for 21st Feb, Saturday 10am, when we arrived agent was not there, when we tried to call, the whatsapp calls were unavailable and normal calls went straight to voicemail. When finally receiving a response, all it was, was a pin location, for Ravenswood boksburg, meanwhile the property we were wanting to view is in Lambton/Albermarle. When we informed them that the location is wrong, we received no response and phones calls were still ignored.
Wimpy Lambton We have lived in the Lambton area for over 20 years, and gone to the wimpy in Lambton for just as long. My fiance and I go with our family atleast once a month or more, the waitresses even regconise us when we come in, that is how much we supported this restaurant however the two managers who I assume are husband and wife have never really been friendly unless they personally know you. My mother was fetching my brother and cousin from school the one day and they stopped at the pick n pay for groceries and then my mom needed the bathroom really badly so she stopped and went into the wimpy like we have always done and the male manager kicked her out like she was a dog, she told him she really needed the toilet, can she please use it and he said no, I told you, you better get out of this shop. My mom is in her early 50s but she has been through a lot in her life and sometime she cannot wait to get home to us the toilet and nor does she like conflict or confrontation because she has dealt with that from family drama and work most of her life so to be in that situation just over a toilet from a restaurant that we have supported for most of my life is absolutely ridiculous, and I will not stand for it. Where the hell is your customer service, you are a flippen manager and you run your own business, I work in customer service and I tell you this is not the way to treat people even if you are having a ****ty day which I am assuming you where but that is no excuse. My family and I will never step foot inside wimpy Lambton because of this. If I was with my mother I would have sworn you broken, NO ONE will treat my mom like this!!!
Order number LSWI ********** 11 On the 27 February I ordered the new Spiderman lions rugby shirt for my boyfriends birthday gift I was advised it would be delivered in 5 working days which meant the 6 of March I phoned to follow up on the 6th as I had received now feedback and nothing had been delivered. I was told the driver went out but there was no stock? The lady then told me they would do a full refund and she would send me an email, I responded to the email on the 6th with my banking details and only received a response on the 11th to say the refund will reflect in 7 working days. To this day I have still not received my money I have phoned muliptle times and follow up and get told diffent things the one lady told me that they refund payfast and then they refund me I followed up with paydays they said they never received a request to refund me so I follow up again with Sportsmans warehouse and was told no the previous lady was wrong they will refund me directly and I should receive the money last week but I still haven't I followed up on Tuesday and was told that they will only process the refund on Wednesday and it will reflect in 5 working days??? I followed up again this morning and was told she needs to find iut by the finance department if they processed the refund or not and if not they will today I asked for email confirmation of this and still haven't received that. I have been f*cked around with this refund since the 6th of March and its the 25th today. I don't understand what is so hard about refunding a client I work with refunds daily to clients and within 7 days they always received the proof of payment.
