******* power cuts without authorisation
If there was a negative rating, I'd rate negative million. These people have cut off electricity for people *******ly. No court order, no warning in the middle of winter. The debtor Nicole Breytenbach is so rude when we enquire about the ******* power cut. They have no empathy and don't follow the law. Very ****ty service.

ABSOLUTE USELESS SERVICE
If there's a zero or negative rating DPD laser deserves it. I've never seen such disgusting service in fact they don't have any service to provide. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my parcel and still nothing. I'm being sent from pillar to post, its been escalated countless. USELESS USELESS USELESS.
