I paid of m y credit card at the end of March 2026 and since then I'm struggling to receive a paid-up letter and get it removed from my credit report. They are still phoning me every month end and I the n requested the above. They are just useless and when you request the info they just confirm sending it to the correct department and still nothing happens
Still waiting for someone from Discovery to phone me regarding the issue of the banking details for the nurses
An absolute struggle to register banking details for 2 new nurses. It's now more than a month we sending paperwork from one to another and their banking details are still not on the system. Meantime they are working for free seeing patient and can't claims for the consultations. This is absolute ridiculous !! But.... they are quick to take your medical aid contribution or use the savings account to pay accounts but didn't give a damn for the admin sleb !!!
This is a ****. My order on 7 Aug 2025 and up to date haven't received any parcel and no communication at all
Up to date FNB haven't confirmed that the loan has been removed from my Credit record. When I mail them, there is just NO feedback !!!! This is the type of service a customer received with a Private Clients Cheque account that you pay your ass of, for... Pathetic service
NO decent service from FNB, I'm struggling now for 2 months AGAIN to get my credit score rectified from FNB side. Numerous e-mails later and still no feedback. Pay over R 500 a month on banking fees with no service and poor communication. This is frustrating to struggle for good service !!!
This is an absolute useless company. We complete a d/o for the deduction of our premium and every month the didn't deducted it from the bank and hand over the account to the Attorneys for recovering. We now change the banking details already on 16/4/2025- in time for the deduction date - in the hope that the problem will be sorted out and yet again the account was handover for the last payment not deducted end April and also not deducted end May. I now cancel the contract and request them to come and take out the tracking device. I'll look for another tracking company that is not so useless
FNB are just useless with their removal of info from your credit report. I'm struggling since Nov 2024 to removed 3 temp loans from my credit report, without any luck. They are quick to deduct the money from your salary, but when they need to remove it, they are useless
What a useless medical aid. An absolute disaster to work with them. Struggling to get auths and payments out of them. A nightmare to deal with them via e-mail, because they just don't worry to respond properly
Wat n onaangename ervaring. Kry 4 mnde na n "Paid-Up"letter n aanmaning ek skuld hulle nog geld !!!!!! Really, hoe swak is n mens se diens dat jy nie eers rekeninge betyds afgehandel kan kry nie.
