Telkom is sneaky and it's frustrating to sort out a problem with them. I cancel one of my contract that I have for over 3 years with them in April 2024 and they just keep on deducting money from my bank account !!!!! I will never recommended them to anyone. This is real bad service
I'm struggling now for 3 weeks to cancel my one contract. There is no way to do it online via the Telkom app or portal, it didn't allow you. When you phone 081180 it refers you back to the Telkom online portal. If you request a callback, they never phoned back (except when you try to upgrade -then they phone immediately) Telkom is just useless and *********** I want to CANCEL TODAY !!!!!!

What a bad experience !! Rude people with no idea of client service and bad behavior. They were rude and swore at the people of Toyota when I informed them that there were issues after they worked on my car. They broke the Bluetooth in the car and didn't even apologize after I informed them immediately when I picked up the car . It cost me a lot of money extra that I was supposed to pay for my new glasses. We used them before with the bakkie, but not again in the future I'll never refer anyone to them - we try to support local people in our area, but not again - I would rather take my car to a car dealer In the future. I think they own Toyota's people an apology then I'll see this issue with my car as done, dusted, and a very nasty experience.
My son app**** for a wifi deal online and has been approved. He took his documents to the branch and they told him to submit them online. The approval was online. After submitting his documents they send him the next e-mail: " Please note that your application is approved with conditions under this referral no......... Unfortunately, you do not qualify for the deal you selected....... REALLY !!!!!!!! NOTE: - He has no debt at all, no accounts, no nothing. Earning a decent salary to afford the deal he requested. ( We would share the costs in any case) WHY DO THEY APPROVE IT THEN ONLINE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE ARE CONDITIONS?? That's why more and more people recommended MTN
Transunion is useless and again useless. You can't email them anymore, You can only phone, and when you want to chat with an agent you need to what's up and then receive an what's up back, telling you to wait for 216 minutes for help. OMW everything is going downhill now in SA
Struggling now for 4 months to clear the account on my husband's credit report. No help at all as they just referred me back to the credit bureaus and the credit bureaus back to them. I always recommend them on FB if someone needs help with a vet bill, but definitely not anymore. They closed the account without our consent and we only paid it in full. Now we need to apply again for the same account. Not the best credit provider at all

I had 2 accounts with Telkom. One is to be deducted at the end of the month and the other at the 5th of each month. Both are up-to-date paid. Telkom is deducting the one that is supposed to deduct the 5th now at the end of the month and the one for the end of the month not at all - I need to eft every month. On the 20th of July, they tried to deduct again from my account and I had to pay a penalty fee. Received a sms to confirm my payment !!!!!
