I attempted to book a flight to France for one price and it appeared to process but never received confirmation so I rebooked the ticket. Later I received a charge for both tickets yet still no confirmation. I finally received a confirmation but the flight for the original ticket was different than what I initially selected. I called travel start and they refused to acknowledge there was something strange going on with their website and I had to pay nearly R2000 to cancel one of the bookings. After reading several reviews here I now believe they do these irregular bookings intentionally to get money or there really is an issue with their website. Either way avoid avoid avoid unless you like to give away money for free.
I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance I have had One Plan Health for 4 months and I can honestly say that I am impressed with their service over all. Claims are processed rapidly especially by Buhle through the WhatsApp system. Only downside is the OnePlan card does not work as promised. I prefer a refund to my account but for others this could be a drawback. Thank you

Great Great Great! Ordered my glasses, had to change my prescription but they still managed to deliver my glasses timely. Plus they are exactly as ordered and the quality is high. I highly recommend ordering. I especially appreciate their shipping process. I wish all things arrived so smoothly
Wow wow wow! Stumbled across this company when searching for a monopoly game. So glad I did. I ordered Monopoly and UNO Monday night and received an email for collection on Tuesday. Everything was new and exactly as I ordered. Upon arrival for collection I was blown away by everything they have available. I definitely look forward to ordering from them again. The only area of improvement is communication. No one responds to emails or calls. I must admit this made me a little nervous seeing it was my first order.
The Ikhokha mover machine is a fabulous card machine for small business. It's easy to use, connects to the internet with ease and can fit just about anywhere. The downside to Ikhokha is their customer service. Different departments don't seem to communicate with each other and instead of acknowledging they made a mistake that act as if the merchant is the problem. Once you clear their FICA department and get your machine up and running you will definitely be one happy customer as long as you never have to deal with their customer service department
This doctor is extremely rude. I called the number listed for him online to verify if he accepts my insurance plan. Instead of him answering my question he said he didn't have time to answer me, come in to verify , then hung up the phone. Needless to say I didn't bother to go in. Who wants a doctor with such a bad attitude.
<p>I purchased a few appliances from the Game in Rosebank . I requested both delivery and installation of my appliances. I paid for what I thought was all of my appliances, delivery , and instalation but I had nothing but problems with both my delivery and instalation. Once the delivery was sorted I was scheduled for my instalation with what I thought would be a delivery company. Instead of an installer arriving the employee who sold me my instalation packaged arrived at my home. He said the company sent him because no one else was availble. He arrived with no tools and was unable to complete my instalation. I attempted to walk him out of my home but he refused to leave saying he needed to be paid the 450 installation fee. I complained because I thought I was billed in the store. He assured me that I was not and still demanded the 450. I explained that I did not have the 450 because I believed I was billed in the store. At this point he said he would take me to the ATM. This seemed highly strange and I knew I should not go with him to the ATM. I was able to locate additional rand and the employee left. The next day I decided to go to the store to lodge a complaint about my delivery and installation experience. When I informed the sales manager of who arrived at my home to complete the installation his face appeared concerned , then he informed me that store personal are not installers and the person who arrived should have never been at my home. From there I requested the store manager to discuss this safety concern. Upon speaking with the store manager I was advised that I should have been billed in the store and that the store employee should not have been at my home but that he would need to confirm with a third party company if anyon sent the employee to my home. Given the safety concern of this incident one would think GAME would have taken this incident seriously. Sadly, they did not and it took them two months to stop believing repeated lies from the employee involved, even though they had evidence that the employee was not supposed to be at my home and never turned in the money he took from me. After two months of constant follow up my concerns were allegedly taken serious but GAME said the only thing they could do under the law was write the employee up . This may or maynot be true, but the fact that they feel comfortable allowing an employee who orchestrated for a customer not to be billed in the store, went to a customers home inpersonating someone else , demanded money for a job he could not complete, to continue work with customers shows that GAME has little concern for the safety of their customers. If you must purchase appliances from GAME Rosebank I advise you to skip the installation . <br /><br /></p>
