Please explain how do you charge interest in January 2025 for March 2025 and then charge again interest in March 2025. What means if you pay R1000 off a month you actualy pay only R400 off then you also charging collection fees. This started now from January 2025. I only picked this up now because they do not send you any invoices or statements so that you can keep track of what you are paying. This is *****.

I made four calls to Multichoice regarding my Price lock account that was debit on the 27 August 2019 with R2678.47. I phoned Multichoice they said they cannot help me they will sms Price lock they will phone me until today 14 November 2019 no phone call. On the 27 September 2019 they have taken of again R352.00. I phoned Multichoice again they could not assist me they will send a sms to Price lock to contact me. Until today no call back from them. On the 28 October 2019 they debit my account with R1853.00. Call Multichoice again they cannot assist me they are very sorry they will give it through to the manager. The manager will phone me back the same day 28 October 2019. Until today no one phoned me back. Then I decided to go to Multichoice offices in Randburg. Lucas tried to assist me he also said your account is in a creidt of R2186 he cannot explain to me what is the problem. He send a mail to them I have asked him to copy me in. He did. E-mail response back 03-RA-DPPGMQueries@multichoice.co.za they will contact me within 24 Hours. After this they suspended my service you could not move the channels stay at 100. It took me 47 minutes with Multichoice to get my service back. The day before the Springboks was playing they suspended the extra view they could not assist me they will send a technician out to see what is the problem. No on pitch up no word form anyone. I have send two mails after the one that Multichoice have send still no reply what mean my enquiry is outstanding since August 2019. Mean while my debit orders was declained whereby it cost me bank charges and cannot pay my account because I dont have the R2186.47 that is in a credit with them. Price lock I asking you now nicly i want my money BACK TODAY. Call me 072 184 5167. I do not give you permission to take one cent from my account. I have asked DSTV to remove the debit order. I hope this has been done
