Hi We are group of 26 people joined as a burial society 10 years ago things were going well till now. Last week I put my claim as my in-law passed on then they told me that I have errors for February that was 352 and I forwarded the payment and proof of payment again they told me that March still outstanding then I asked them how cause it was not month end yet and they know that I'm ways making payment on the 28th of every month. Then I was told that there is a new law from their underwriter that money must payed by the second of everymonth then I told them I didn't receive any communications from them and it's were they send me a letter dated the 17th of March then I told them it's short notice if I didn't call to ask abt my claim I was not going to know about it. On Friday morning all my people payed the scheme then I made payment still my claim not paid wen I call they kept on telling me they are busy with my claim can you pleasevhelp me to investigate this company and I want my money. Another thing I want South African to be aware of *****sters around

My mother, has a funeral policy with Riskfin, and her policy is up to date, my father has passed on now they r refusing to pay, they r saying they have a problem with their underwriter, the funeral is this weekend they r telling us they can't pay of which this total bull****.

Their service is impeccable, reliable and efficient. The lady I deal with Sharon, is always very friendly, helpful and efficient. Will always recommend Riskin. I have tried other funeral administrators and Riskfin is the best by far.

<p>The thugs from Riskfin, are debiting my account without authorisation and debiting any amount of R99.00 can someone report these *****s to police, clearly what they doing is fraudulent and am sick and tired of these thugs, such lowlives scumbags, and thier number which is ********** 313 go unanswered to clearly show that these ******s are nothing but thieves.</p>

<p>Look I dont know where and how these people got hold of my account number and had the nerve to steal from me, but i have seen many complaints about this company only to now be next in line. It is things such as this that makes be doubt FNB as a bank some times. I was Debited R99 from a company i have never heard of and or authorized. </p> <p>In Other reviews Riskfin says their clients handle the debits? what bull**** is this? I did some research afterwards and found out it was some fininacial service, but cut the **** ****ers and take down your ****ty ****ty spam scammy site.</p>
