Easyjet cancelled my flight. They directed me to a claim form on their website to claim back for an alternate flight. When trying to submit this form Captcha times out and the form cannot be submitted. I contacted them on their chatline and they cannot assist. I emailed them to manually put through the claim. They keep on responding with a standard email. Now they have disconnected this email address as well. I have been trying for 9 days now!!!!
Just had R 100 000 settlement from them. Starts all well but attention to detail very lacking. De-murrage.

I bought 3 e books from takealot in September. They took the money and supplied the links to download. The download did not work. After running to various people and tracing private email adresses of someon senior (without any response, this is what Jason Witbooi says and spells out the attitude of Takealot:

I've read through the previous correspondence between yourself and Redhaa. Once an eBook is opened on a PC without any authorization, you would lock it to the said device under ghost Adobe ID. Once you authorise your PC, you then erase this ghost ID, forfeiting the eBook. I have to reiterate on Redhaa's last statement, we are unable to refund for an eBook purchased, once an eBook is paid for, the digital content is immediately linked to a user's account and takealot.com incurs a liability to pay the supplier of the eBook. It is for this reason that an eBook cannot be refunded.

No offer of help to fix the problem. They have the money I do not have the books!
