Been with them for about 3 years. My phone lines are unclear (they blame my vibe router/internet), the extensions dont always ring, the and apps always have problems. Support is available though! At a cost of R150 to change your password or any other service that you could have accidently assumed you would get if you paid for a service. My issue is that the time i have to call in, a lot of the times its because of some circumstance that we had no control over and their system needs a reset. I am a business owner. I dont have time to bang my head against a wall asking for the service that we paid for (a working voip system) We are happy to get all the new equiptment, so that the quality to our clients is not impaired in this way
Top class experience after lockdown After many months of no drinking or socializing, we managed to sneak a table for a group of 10 of us the first night that Jamacian Me Crazy was open after the lockdown. There wasnt variety on the menu, there wasnt a full option of alcohol available, but the managers worked hard and were even in the kitchen making the food and serving it! Managed to get some long time coming tequilas, saw my friends i didnt get to see before the virus, and ate some delicious food! Glad JMC is making it through this tough time and can still give me my favorite pizza (The JMC)
I have had 2 bad separate experiences of The Pole Yard (Paarden Eiland) They are offloading terrible wood as rustic pine 17/8/2020 Ordered and paid for delivery 20/8/2020 delivery confirmed to be happening on the 21st (Friday) 20/8/2020 I requested a general time in the day when they would be able to make contact 21/8/2020 emailed at 10:26am to say their driver was outside. Unfortunately they were not able to let me know -so my plan was to use this wood that weekend ( I work in the week) Delivery can only be made on the Monday That following weekend I only got a chance to have a look at the wood, and it was terrible quality. There is no way that I could put a nail through a 25*76*3000 plank and expect it to hold Monday 31 2020 I sent an email with pictures off all the wood i had an issue with (80% of the wood given) and asked them to either offer a refund or replace the wood with what I ordered Tuesday 1 September I get a reply saying it is being taken up with a manager Wednesday 2 September I reply asking for reply I then get a call from someone who was trying to blow smoke, and was trying to explain why the wood is so bad etc Apparently the batch of wood is particularly bad and if I would like to have a plank of wood that can support itself, maybe I should get a 25mm instead of a 19mm,... I ordered 25mm I have since requested a reply with no response It feels as if they are offloading their trash stock as normal timber. About 2 months ago i get some wood from them to build a deck, but the wood was also bad- i just used it becuase the wood was then used to reinforce the under deck and couldnt be seen. I regret calling them at all Still waiting on a refund
Ive had 2 orders with them, and while one of the orders ended up a faulty pole (from their supplier not their fault), they promptly rectified the situation when notified Times are hard with the coronavirus guys, I give these guys 10/10 for their service delivery and perseverance on getting their jobs done the best
