Since around Oct 2019 or so, I had a continuous squeek coming from the front wheel [or so I thought :)] of my MTB. I took my bike to Gavin at Neils Wheels and explained the situation to him. He graciously informed me that he would have his mechanic look at the issue at no cost even though it had been several months since my last visit. The problem was not easily resolved because I visited him 3 times in the week and test-road the bike only to find that the squeek was persisting, despite them doing everything possible to resolve the front wheel squeek. On my 4 visit, I was politely informed that the squeek was actually coming from the REAR wheel axle (not the Front). Here is where the brilliant service comes... They fixed the rear wheel axle squeek issue AT NO COST TO ME, and apologised to me for the incovenience of not having the bike for 3 days. It is not often that a company will not charge you for fixing a problem at their own expense, time and labour. I logged a support request on 29 Jan that our Smart Phones aren't compatible with the Afrihost App and I wanted to know why not and if there was a fix. Received Ticket ID: FIV-167-40119, but have not received any response at all since 29 Jan. I resent my email on 31st Jan and 6 Feb, and still nothing.
<p>I cancelled my Telkom Mobile Data on 30 Sep 2016 at Telkom Kenilworth Centre, and was assured that it had been cancelled. Boitumelo Jeanette Rantlhane emailed me on 25 Oct 2016 stating that my data package would be cancelled at the end of Oct 2016, and telephonically told me that I would not get a bill in November. I DID get a bill and R119 was deducted from my bank account on 1 Nov 2016. I called Telkom Mobile on 1 Nov 2016 and was again assured via email by Moditja Sibeko (a.k.a Berry) that a refund was organised for me. I have NOT BEEN REFUNDED. Please could somebody in a senior position contact me and get my money refunded urgently.</p>
