The accounts department is dismal, work in a box and cannot accommodate a basic request, if it's slightly different to their normal way of working. A few weeks back I bought a computer for R22 000 from Incredible Connection Vaal Mall, and asked for a split invoice because two companies will be paying for it. They simply could not do this, or even tried to find out whether they could, It was a NO, and were quite prepared to lose me as a client. I also bought an entry level laptop for my business, when I asked for the invoice to be made out in my company name they could not because my mobile number when entered, brought up my personal info. Again they could not and would not budge. At my accountants request, I emailed the original invoice yesterday, asking for an amended invoice in my company name, they haven't even bothered answering me.
<p>I placed an order for an item on 22 June 2017, and a,m still waiting for delivery, despite their help centre saying it is on its way. It is supposed to take 7 days for shipping. </p>
<p>Last week, Friday, I was told Mr D Couriers will deliver my FNB Private Client Credit Card on Monday (21 November 2016) between 11 and 11:30am.</p> <p> </p> <p>Events as follows:</p> <p>Thursday 16 Nov at 15:23, I received an sms with the following: FNB – Our courier partner Mr D Courier will be in touch to arrange delivery of your credit card. For queries call ********** 397. FNB-div of FRB Ltd</p> <p> </p> <p>Friday 16 Nov at 12:11 I received an sms with the following: Your FNB FNB PW Card will be delivered on Mon 21 Nov 11am-11:30am by Mr D Courier, ********** 397. ID required. Ref ********** 1</p> <p> </p> <p>Monday, I called around 12 to query where the card is. The agent who answered said she will call back. She never did, I eventually called back, and was informed the card will be late, but it will be before 5pm. When I put pressure on the agent for a time becauuse I have been waiting already and had to reschedule my appointments, I was told they do not have the card and will deliver the next day (22 November). I spoke to Desiree on ********** 000, she assured me the card will be delivered today between 1 and 1:30 pm.</p> <p> </p> <p>AGAIN I HAD TO CALL TO CONFIRM IF THIS WAS STILL THE CASE!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>After calling Mr D Couriers, they told me it will be delivered any time between 1 and 3:30 pm…. again when I applied pressure to have it delivered in the time slot they said it would be delivered, I was told they do not in fact have the card, and it will be delivered tomorrow as soon as they can…. When I pushed them for a time tomorrow, they said before 9am.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few issues that make me very angry:</p> <p>1. I arrange my daily schedule to ensure I am in the office the accept the card. The courier company does not even have the decency to inform me if they cannot make the delivery</p> <p>2. When I do call, they say it will still be delivered, yet when I insist on a time, they suddenly change their mind and say they do not have the card. So which is it? Are they “punishing” me because I asked for a specific time by pushing my delivery date back a day each time?</p> <p>3. I have to initiate communication every time, the courier company do not seem to find it important to inform anybody when there is a delay, they are quite happy make me wait the whole day, unnecessarily!!</p>
